The Magic: The Gathering: Secret Lair x Brain Dead collaboration includes well-known creature, land, and staple Commander cards that most MTG fans will be familiar with. The new lick of paint each card has received completely transforms them, making them look fresh and stand out from the board while you play. While every Secret Lair Drop has a distinct visual style, Brain🦩 Dead has taken things to a whole new level. Of course, I can definitely see how this defiant art style▨ might not be for everyone.

The Inside an Elevator Superdrop consists of three smaller Drops you can purchase for $29.99 as non-foil editions or $39.99 as foil editions. I’ve outlined what’s in each Drop below so you can asses which ones you need most in your collection or decks.

The Secret Lair × Brain Dead: Lands Drop is a set of two of each main land card. There’s nothing special about them mechanically, it’s just the art that’s special here. See every card in the drop below.

  • 2x Plains
  • 2x Island
  • 2x Swamp
  • 2x Mountain
  • 2x Forest

Secret Lair × Brain Dead: Creatures

The Secret Lair × Brain Dead: Creatures Drop is made up of five creature cards you already know, but their artwork has taken a turn t💙hat makes them look retro, slightly disgusting, and part of an exclu✨sive Secret Lair set all at once. All the cards and their mechanics, for a refresher, are below.

  • 1x Consecrated Sphinx: A 4/6 Creature with Flying. Whenever an opponent draws a card, you may draw two cards.
  • 1x Chaotic Goo: A 0/0 Creature. Chaotic Goo enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, you may flip a coin. If you win the flip, put a +1/+1 counter on Chaotic Goo. If you lose the flip, remove a +1/+1 counter from Chaotic Goo.
  • 1x Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker: A 2/2 Creature with Haste. Tap to put a creature token into play that’s a copy of a target nonlegendary you control. That creature token has Haste. Sacrifice the creature token at the end of your turn.
  • 1x Meteor Golem: a 3/3 Artifact Creature. When Meteor Golem enters the battlefield, destroy target non-land permanent an opponent controls.
  • 1x Wurmcoil Engine: A 6/6 Artifact Creature with Deathtouch and Lifelink. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, you craete a 3/3 colorless Phyrexian Wurm artifact creature token with Deathtouch and a 3/3 colorless Phyrexian Wurm artifact creature token with Lifelink.
