The Eevee 071/131 promo⛎ is included as a Prismatic Evolutions 2-Pack Blister promo in select regions. However, like many Prismatic Evolutions products, this blister is already out of stock in most stores.

In the U.S., this promo is only available in the blister pack or through secondary 🔴market listings, where prices range from $6 to $12.
