When is Genshin Impact’s scheduled maintenance for 5.2?

Given the current roadmap, Genshin Impact will undergo its scheduled maintenance on November 19, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CT.

Maintenance typically ends a bit ear🅷ly, though, so it’s not uncommon for servers to come back online an hour or two before the scheduled time. If you want to get into the new Version as soon as possible, you might want to pre-download the new content via the launcher and check in on the game every few minutes as the maintenance window winds down.

While servers are offline, you may have issues with accessing account information for web events or third-party tools. Don’t worry, your account is safe; just w🍒ait until servers are back online.

Players can look forward to the Primogems distributed after each maintenance as compensation. You can expect 300 Primogems for server downtime and another 300 Primogems for bug fixes. These will be delivered via in-game mail, so remember to check in andꦑ claim your Primogems before the mail expires!
