Clash Royale has recently launched a uniq𒀰ue challenge called Spooky Chess Challenge, where troops will be held as chessboard pieces. Your goal is to checkmate the opponent’s king, aka destroy the king tower.
This challenge is very tricky, as you can’t use any spells w꧂ith high damage, such as Fireball, Lighting, Rocket, and more, to damage the chessboard pieces.
To help you beat this challenge, here is a list of the best decks you can use in the Spooky Chess Challenge in Clash Royale.
Best decks to use in Spooky Chess Challenge in Clash Royale
Goblinstein RR FM FC
- Goblinstein
- Flying Machine
- Royal Recruits
- Firecracker
- Tornado
- Zap
- Giant Snowball
- Rage
First of all, it is pretty clear why there are four spells in the de෴ck. If you don’t know, basically we are going to keep us꧂ing these spells to oblierate the spawns, rooks, and bishops until we finally have isolated the opponent’s king and queen in the chessboard.
Since Dark Prince is spawned after every certain moment, your goal is to gain an edge over your opponent’s Dark Prince, and every time you do take an edge, you have to build the pressure with Firecracker, Flying Machine, Royal Recruits, and Goblinstein.
Make sure to position the Firecracker corre▨ctly so that she can hit Dark Prince as well as other troops with her AoE damage. With that said, your best bet of defense is Goblinstein and Royal Recruits since they can easily help you take down enemy units. Just make sure that you keep☂ cycling the spells.
Goblinstein MK Phoenix FC
- Goblinstein
- Mega Knight
- Phoenix
- Firecracker
- Mirror
- Giant Snowball
- Zap
- Rage
In the Goblinstein MK Phoenix deck, you have to prioritize defending with the Mega Knight and Firecracker. Your chances of winning depend on how well you are defending the opponent’s troops and Dark Princes. But here is the main thing: don’t use Mirror for troops unless it is absolutely required🀅.
However, that doesn’t mean you can’t use the Mirror for an extra troop, but use it only when you are absolutely certain that you will have the upper hand, like incr🐓easing the number of forces in your push.
You can also have an incredible ofꦅfense, thanks to Goblinstein and Phoenix. In other words, you are good to go with this deck since this deck provides less room for errors.
Goblinstein Cart FM Nado
- Goblinstein
- Cannon Cart
- Firecracker
- Flying Machine
- Tornado
- Zap
- Giant Snowball
- Goblin Curse
In the Goblinstein Cart FM Nado deck, you have to keep cycling the Giant Snowball, Tornado, Zap, and Goblin Curse to inflict damage to the opponent’s chessboard pieces. You can use Goblinstein as bait to distract the opponent’s troops and Dark Princes. However, the best way to get an advantage in defense is by using the Flying Machine and Cannon Cart.
My best advice is to focus more on Cannon Cart rather than using Flying Machine becaus✨e since the whole arena is totally empty in the middle, you need something that can distract troops that♕ only target buildings, such as Goblinstein Monster.
In offense, just keep spamming Goblinstein in the middle of the arena so that all troops fr🌞om either side are distracted, and couple it with the Firecracker and Flying Machine to eliminate any enemy push.
Monk Cart FM Nado
- Monk
- Mirror
- Cannon Cart
- Flying Machine
- Firecracker
- Zap
- Tornado
- Rage
If you are unsuccessful in defending with one of these aforementioned decks, maybe you should try this deck. Why? Because you can use Monk to push back enemies and sav🥀e your king and queen. To double the defense, you can use the Mirr𝐆or Monk to further strengthen your defense.
The best thinꦬg about this deck is that you can use the Monk’s deflection ability when it is near any chessboard pieces. Basically, he will deflect all the attacks of the enemy units back to them. So lꦬet’s say four chessboard pieces are attacking Monk; in that case, there is a huge chance that he will destroy all four of them with his deflection ability.
In defense, use the Cannon Cart a♒nd Flying Machine combo to save yo🦩ur chessboard from any push, and keep using Firecracker as a support unit. You can also use Mirror if push comes to shove, but you better save it for spamming the spells over the opponent’s chessboard pieces.
