Fischl is a 4-star Electro Bow DPS in Genshin Impact. Here are the best weapons, artifacts, and teams ✱to maximize the Prinzessin’s damage!
Playstyles
If you’re playing Fischl, you’re really playing Oz. Oz is a crow-shaped familiar that Fischl can summon with either her Skill or Burst. When on the field, Oz will behave like a turret, firing a constant stream of Electro projectiles that home in on enemies. These 🍃projectiles deal primarily single-target damage, but their numbers are still good enough toꦐ make up for it.
Because most of her damage comes from Oz, Fischl is usually an off-field Electro DPS. As such, she has no notable combos. Simply summon Oz with your Skill or Burst and switch to your next character. Because Fischl’s Skill has a long cooldown, you can alternate between using yourꦓ Skill and Burst as a means to summon Oz.
During her Burst state, Fischl will briefly turn into Oz and fly❀𒅌 forward. You can (and are encouraged to) end this state early by swapping to a different character. Oz will still remain on-field to deal damage.
On-field Fischl is possible, but generally not optimal. It won’t be covered in this guide, but if you want to keep Fischl on-field, just avoid weapons and artifact sets with passives that require Fischl to be off-field (i.e., Alley Hunter or 4pc Golden Troupe). You can even build some Physical DMG bonus to play “Physchl”, but this is not recommended without heavy investment.
Weapons
Polar Star / The First Great Magic / Aqua Simulacra / Hunter’s Path / Thundering Pulse / Skyward Harp
These 5-star Bows offer high ATK and CRIT stats, eve🦄n if Fischl can’t always make good use of their passives. Polar Star is her best weapon but requires doing a Normal Attack and a quick Aimed Shot before summoning Oz. You can forgo this for simplicity’s sake, but it will become slightly worse than the other 5-star options.
Alley Hunter / Prototype Crescent / The Stringless
At Refinement 5, Alley Hunter is Fischl’s best 4-star weapon. Its passive works well with her as an off-field DPS, and it looks great on her too. Alley Hunter is unfortunately a banner-exclusive weapon though, so if you d🥀on’t have it, Prototype Crescent is your next best option. It can be crafted using billets and requires a quick Aimed Shot at an enemy’s weak point in order to activate its passive. This isn’t always possible thouꦿgh, so if you’re not willing to deal with that, high-refinement Stringless can work in its stead.
Elegy for the End
Elegy sacrifices Fischl’s personal damage in exchange for a team-wide Elemental Mastery and ATK buff. I’m personally not a fan, since much of Fischl’s value is in her personal damage, but it can be an option if you want to prio𝔍ritize team damage. Bear in mind that this buff will only have about 60% uptime.
Artifacts
4pc Golden Troupe (4GT)
4GT grants Fischl a whopping 70% Skill DMG bonus, making it her best artifact set overall. It synergizes 🌼well with her off-field playstyle.
2pc combos
If you can’t farm a 4pc Goldeღn Troupe set, you can just stack useful 2pc set bonuses. These include ATK, Electro DMG, Skill DMG, and Elemental Mastery (in Aggravate teams).
4pc Gilded Dreams (4GD)
4GD is only recommended i𓆏n Aggravate teams. It provides Fischl with a massive amount of Elemental Mastery, increasing her Aggravate damage🔯.
4pc Tenacity of the Millelith (4TotM)
This is a support set that sacrifices Fischl’s personal damage for a team-wide ATK buff. Fischl c꧋an maintain 100% uptime on this buff, but it may not always be worth the lower personal damage.
Artifact Stats
Sands | Goblet | Circlet |
ATK EM (if Aggravate) | Electro DMG | CRIT Rate/DMG |
Fischl’s Energy Recharge needs vary heavily based on what team she’s in. I find 130% is generally fine for most teams if she has Constellation 6 and/or Electro Resonance. If you 🦋have neither, and you need to Burst frequently, then you may need up to 160🃏%.
Fischl’s other stats can focus on CRIT and ATK. Elemental Mastery is on♔ly recommended in Aggravate teams.
Teams
Fischl is extremely flexible and can be꧒ slotted into any team that calls for an Electro off-field DPS. Here are some of her best teams to get you started, but feel free to adjust according to your preferences! If you have an idea for a Fischl team, it’ll probably work.
Aggravate/Hyperbloom
Almost any combination of Dendro and Electro wil work for Aggravate Fischl. Since Fischl is primarily off-field, you can have anyone you like on-field, including Tighnari and Alhaitham. Hyperbloom with Fischl can be difficult sinceཧ Oz doesn’t target Dendro Cores. If you do want to try Hyperbloom, then add in a Hydro unit and either an Anemo unit (to Swirl Electro) or another Electro trigger (Kuki or Raiden). Some examples of teams include:
- Fischl – Tighnari – Zhongli – Kazuha
- Fischl – Alhaitham – Beidou/Nahida – healer/shielder
- Fischl – Sucrose – Xingqiu/Yelan – Nahida/Dendro Traveler
- Fischl – Kuki/Raiden – Xingqiu/Yelan – Nahida/Alhaitham
Electro-Charged/Overload/Overvape
Pure Electro-Charged teams have fallen off a bit, but they are still very much viable. Just combine Electro and Hydro. If you like, you can add in Pyro for some Overload and Vaporize too. Throw in an Anemo unit, and now you’ve got Swirls. You can pretty much mix and match elemeꦅnts as desired.
- Fischl – Xingqiu/Yelan – Beidou – Sucrose/Heizou
- Fischl – Xingqiu/Yelan – Bennett – Xiangling
- Fischl – Bennett – Kazuha – Ayato
- Fischl – Hu Tao/Yoimiya – Xingqiu/Yelan – shielder
Physical
If you want to play a Physical carry, Fischl makes for a great off-field DPS who enables Superconduct when paired with Cryo. Fischl herself can be on-field as well with a Physical build, but this🌠 is not recommended due to her single-targe♉t nature.
- Fischl – Freminet – Xingqiu/Yelan – Diona/Layla/Mika
- Fischl – Eula/Razor – Diona/Layla – Mika
- Fischl – Zhongli – Mika – Yun Jin
Note that in the🔜 last example, either Fischl or Zhongli can be the on-field DPS if they equip a Physical build.
