Hero, Champion, and Royal Editions Compared
If all you want to do is play the game, don’t get too bogged down by the details of the various editions. Essentially the higher-end versions are mainly for fans interested in digital extras, like the MP3 soundtrack and the lore of a digital novel. The Hero Edition is just the base game. For the other two, here’s what you’ll be getting:
Champion Edition:
- Digital Soundtrack
- Campaign Almanac
- Making of Documentary
- High Resolution Game Map
- Wallpapers
- A Ringtone
Royal Edition:
- Everything in the Champion Edition
- Digital Novella by Chris Avellone
- Collector’s Book PDF
- Hi Res Concept Art
- Digital Strategy Guide
- More Ringtones
