During today’s PC Gaming Show presentation, developers Cyanide and Leikir Studios revealed a very early build of its new roguelike Rogue Lords, which mixes a narrativše adventure with turn-based combat, all dressed in Tim Burton-esque gothic hš orror.
Taking the role of the Devil himself, players will recruit disciples – each equipped with unique abilities and attacks – then utilise these powers to wreak havoc on your enemies and all those foolish enough to oppose you. Of course, being the fella from Down Below, the devil has some special skills to help turn battles in his favour, including messing with the battle mechanics themselves. Naughty.
Rogue Lords is currently in development for a ā2021 PC release.
