InZOI is 2025’s major addition to the world of life sim titles, and many players have wondered if the KRAFTON-published title has Denuvo.
The anti-piracy software needs no introduction for those who game on PC, as it’s actively used by many developers globally. Denuvo is well known for its anti-tamper properties, which reduce the chances of piracy. However, the software is also well-known for affecting in-game performances.
Does InZOI have Denuvo?
InZOI is now available on early access to PC users, with a console launch potentially on the cards in the future. As of writing, the early access build doesn’t have Denuvo on it, but this has been a U-turn on the part of the developers, causing a massive outcry from the community.
The demo build had Denuvo installed on it, which was directly inherited from the game’s main one. Since then, the developers have spoken to the community about going back on their original decision and making the early access version Denuvo-free.

Why did InZOI remove Denuvo?
, producer, and director of InZOI, has claimed that their latest decision raises the chance of the game being cracked and distribu岍氠岍氠岍氠鈦も仱鈦も仱岍氣仱鈦も仱鈦め鈦も仱鈦も仱岍氿拃贬岍氠ted illegally.
However, the developers seem to have understood the negative effect of Denuvo on player experience, and they’re committed to putting the community first. Hence, they decided to exclude any type of DRM from the early access build. The developers also feel that the absence of Denuvo will make the game much more accessible and configurable, increasing the scope for mods.
If things go as planned, mod support is coming in May. It will allow players to use tools like Maya and Blender to create custom content and expand the horizons of the base game experience. The game is off to a strong start on opening day,馃叞 and more players are expe鈾奵ted to join in over the next few months as new features are added.
