Date Night Thrills provides another opportunity to receive Sweets Par??tners tokens, giving you an extra chance to get some dice rewards. Collecting these is the key to progressing far in this recurring minigame.

Tournament - Bullseye Bliss

Special Event - Sweets Partners

Monopoly GO's latest special event is Swee?ts Partners, a collaborative event where you and up to four other players partner up to build special structures and collect milestone prizes. Rather than competing against other players, you work together in pairs to obtain point tokens, spin a wheel, and advance through reward tiers ranging from dice and sticker packs to limited-time powerups. The grand prize is a Wild Sticker and an exclusive Valentine's-themed board token.

The previous event was a returning version of Peg-E's Prize Drop that features dice rew?ards. Rather than having multiple prize types, this one is entirely focused on rewarding you with dice. If you want a quick and easy way to farm a few hundred dice, this one is for you.

How to find Monopoly GO's Quick Win task list

Your Quick Wins list is available directly on your main Monopoly GO screen. After loading in and arriving on your board, tap the "Wins" b?utton in the bottom left corner of your screen to find your Quick? Win objectives. You'll also spot a timer until the list refreshes, your weekly progress, and a reward bar at the bottom of the screen.

How many Quick Wins can you miss?

In Monopoly GO, completing all three Quick Win objectives daily will grant you 84 progress points a week. You only need 74 points to get a week's grand prize, allowing you to miss up to ten points worth of tasks.

However, one day gives you 12 points, so you can't miss a full day. Instead, you can have one day to complet?e the first task and skip the last two or two da??ys to miss the third objective. As long as your missed tasks don't exceed ten progress points, you're in the clear for the week's end.

Tips for completing Monopoly GO Daily Quick Wins

Your exact strategies to finish your Quick Win ta??sks will depend on the day's objectives. While some days rely heavily on your dice rolls, others focus on upgrading landmarks and collecting stickers. That said, below are some tips for ensuring you complete all three of your daily Quick Win tasks and get your weekly grand pri?ze:

• Log on every day, even for a few minutes. Missing one day automatically locks you out of the weekly grand prize until the following week!
• Try to finish your objectives early in the day so you don't forget about them later.
• Plan your dice rolling, sticker trading, and money spending carefully. If you upgrade your landmarks before it appears as a Quick Win task, there's a chance you won't be able to finish it unless you have enough dice to collect more cash.
• If you're not active in the sticker trading community, ask a friend or family member to swap one-star cards for sticker-collecting tasks.
• If you run out of dice and need to complete a task like passing Go or rolling doubles, use resources like events, tournaments, and free dice links to obtain some more.

Good luck finishing your Quick Wins and grabbing some weekly prizes. Combat specs in Verse Piece are usually a lot weaker compared to swords. However, there are exceptions to that, and one of those exceptions is the Sukuna V2 (Curse King) spec. What is the Sukuna V2 Spec in Verse Piece?

Sukuna V2 Spec is one of the highest damage and CC specs in Verse Piece. Even though Sukuna V2 has no moves that grant you invulnerability, like Hakari (Gambler), its damage is on par with Aizen (TYBW). Sukuna V2's M1 attacks deal more damage than even some sword M1 combos like the Cid V2's and Toji V2's. In general, Sukuna V2 is a great DPS spec to have if you don't plan on grinding for swords that hard to get, like Sung Jin Woo.

How to Get the Sukuna V2 Combat Spec in Verse Piece

You can purchase the Sukuna V2 spec from the Sukuna (Curse King) Teacher in Jujutsu Village for 7,500 Gems, 250 Curse Energy Shards, and 25 The True Sukuna Fingers. You need to have the Yuji combat spec as well. To farm Gems efficiently, equip yourself with the best title you have and grind the Boss Rush dungeon. Farming Curse Energy Shards

Curse Energy Shards drop from basically every Jujutsu Kaisen Boss in Verse Piece. Also, they are a very common drop while fishing or when opening chests. A few Curse Energy Shards are also often in stock at the Adventure Shop. However, I wouldn't bu??y them as you will get enough of them while farming for other Sukuna V2 components.

How to Get The True Sukuna Fingers

There are two ways to get The True Sukuna Fingers in Verse Piece. The first method is to defeat the Sukuna (Curse King) Boss, which you can summon on the Boss Island using 3 Boss Tickets and 5,000 Gems. In case you run out of Boss Tickets, you can exchange Mythical materials for them through the Ticket Exchange NPC on Bleach Island.

The other method to get The True Sukuna Fingers needed for the Sukuna V2 (Curse King) spec in Verse Piece is to use normal Sukuna Fingers (Epic material). When you use a Sukuna Finger, there is a low chance you will get one The True Sukuna Finger. Sukuna Fingers drop from Sukuna Bosses and Mythical Chests. You can even catch them while fishing.

How to Obtain the Yuji Spec

To get the Yuji Spec, interact with the Yuji Teacher NPC in Frost Town while you have 3,500 Gems, 1 The True Sukuna Finger, and 25 Curse Energy Shards in your inventory. You will get all of the materials needed for the Yuji spec while farming for the Sukuna V2 in Verse Piece. So, there is no need to target farm anything specifically fo??r it.

Having your scouts auto-explore in Civilization games makes it much easier to uncover the entire map without manually moving your units around. While previous games in the series included auto-exploring for automatic navigation, Civilization 6 hid it behind an extra menu, while Civilization 7 removed it altogether.

Can your Scouts auto-explore in Civilization 7?

No, scouts don't have auto-explore in Civilization 7. Your scouts have a few new features, including joining an Army Commander for group navigation and Search for a temporary sight range increase. An option for healing your unit even appears if their health is low. However, auto-explore isn't? among your menu actions??, even after moving beyond the game's Antiquity Era.

In previous Civilization games, you could set your scouts to auto-explore the map and uncover any tiles you'??d yet to discover. Having them explore automatically allowed you to focus on other parts of your match, like training your army, watching out for barbarian outposts, and observing the movements of different civilizations. You could even use this feature to discover new civilizations early in the match without thinking about it.

What's the downsi?de, then? They get into trouble easily. Although exploring any unknown part of the map is helpful??, scouts in previous games tend to stumble upon enemies, particularly barbarian camps. They don't always run away from danger, leaving you with an injured scout out of commission for a few turns. Moving them yourself can help you avoid these situations while gaining helpful intel through exploration.

It's unknown why Firaxis Games and 2K decided to remove auto-explore from Civ 7 or whether it'll return in the future. For now, you'll have to manually move them or add them to an army commander for easier mass-unit movement. Fortunately, Civilization 7's scouts come with Lookout and Search for increased sight rang??e, making exploration slightly ea?sier.

There has been something of a movement in the realm of established MMOs in recent years, with many of them deciding to take a look backward into their own histo?ry to plunder the past for a way to bring back players who may have fled the fol?d, and it’s working well for many of them.

Old School Runescape took a little while to find its feet, but now it's home to millions of players who love to spend their time there instead of the more modern version. World of Warcraft Classic has been a tremendous success for Blizzard, and I’ve perso?nally seen people who swore off the Blizz product years ago be pulled back into the Classic charm.

One of the uniting factors for these games was that it wasn’t enough to just relaunch old products, they truly came to life and found purpose when the developers realized that the time machines they had invented also allowed them to poke and prod at the cogs, adding new features, quests, and content. What if we were not just revisiting the pa??st? What if we were trying to mak??e it better? It’s not enough to just bait the hook of nostalgia and draw people back with fuzzy memories; you need to fix flaws.

This is something that Blade and Soul NEO developers NC America appear to have taken quite seriously when it comes to releasing their upcoming classic version of the long-running MMO to us eager players in the west. After sitting down with Senior Producer Andrew?? Long and Community Manager Andrew Grant, I’m happy to say that nostalgia is definitely a factor he??re for the developers, but not in a bad way.

“I think it’s definitely a feeling of nostalgia, you know. We lo?ve this game, and we grew up with it and we kind of want to re-experience it with the new generation as well. We think there's going to be a lot of people that were there f?rom launch and over the last nine years kind of moved away. And then also there's going to hopefully be a new wave of users that get to kind of experience this game for the first time,�says Andrew Long.

And there in lies the often unconsidered aspect of all these projects that seek to bring back a classic version of an established MMO. You will only ever win back a percentage of your old players with a project li?ke this. You have to find ways to make it appeal to new players, too. One way to do both things is to track down parts of the original th?at might have landed poorly with fans and fix them. Passionate veterans will then inspire curious newcomers; it’s just the way of the world.

Long, as both Senior Producer and someone who is hugely emotionally invested in Blade and Soul as a fan, is happy that they put this kind of player focus front and center in their approach. “We looked at a lot of things that players were giving us feedback on, and we tried to make it so it's going to feel like you're playing Blade and Soul again, but also where we're going is in the direction you might have wanted it to go that we didn't in the past.�/p>

Impressively, the developers were not shy about discussing one big issue that Blade and Soul has had for many players, and that was broached many times by questions from those in attendance at the preview event we got to join. Monetization. Unpopular player power systems of the past are gone, replaced instead with the more classic idea of random drops and farming to gain the specific items that you need and a battle pass limited to cosmetics and some minor xp boosts. Things like Treasure Trove, a controversial way to get player power in the past, are no more. If you were interested in Blade and Soul NEO but felt that th??is issue might stop you from diving in, you can be safe in the knowledge that it won’t be a problem.

It can be hard for developers to look back and correctly figure out where some?thing went wrong with a release like this because that means taking on the press??ure of trying to do it the right way this time, which comes with its own unique set of worries, but it’s something that the team was eager to do.

“We have the nine year??s of history, so we know like, hey, at this point, maybe this is when we kind of took the game in a direction that the data is telling us wasn't the best. We want to make sure?? that we get back to that point, and by the time we get back to that point, the game's in a better spot,�says Long.

“So we really wanted to make sure that these changes that we added, like, you know, changing the gear upgrade system, which was very harsh, and we would feel like maybe someone's not gonna want to go through that again. They love Blade and Soul, they love the combat, they love the boss fights, the PvP, but the grind is something they don’t want to experience again.�/p>

Blade and Soul NEO will launch with a very focused experience, mimicking the content offering of the original as regards the story, playable races, and the original seven starting classes. Further updates will roll out over the following months, but no timeline has been confirmed regarding what might appear and when. While some folks might feel the game should include more at launch, the simple truth is that MMO nostalgia is more than just one sharp shock; it’s also about revisiting anticipation. If you are just barrelling through everything right from the get-go, are you truly?? exploring your own nostalgia, or are you just speed-running it?

An aspect of such releases that I broached with Community Manager ??Andrew Grant is that a lot of the people that will come back to this game, their lives will have changed in the years since they moved on from it. New families, new jobs, and new responsibilities. Others might be going through rougher times, in need of a connection to happier days that is non-exploitative, offering a new way to escape for those who need it. There is, in a way, a duty to approach their nostalgic leanings with care.

“I feel like a lot of games that are this old do have a user base that is going through, you know, changes in their life, having families, having kids, and you do see that in our other games like Aion and Lineage, from a community standpoint. That's happening, but at the same time, in our Discord, you know, every day, we have new types of players come in, people that are hearing about it. It is very fun to see people revisiting older MMOs, and for Blade and Soul specifically.�/p>

Such considerations even have to extend to the geography of the game, the actual locations that you explore and experience while playing through quests and story missions. People have spent so much time there, often with friends, and the validit??y of those environments as important homes to cherished memories can’t be understated. It’s why you’ll sometimes recoil a little to see a game that suddenly looks so different from the original or has strange new structures or landscapes shoved into it, seemingly for no reason other than the fact that it could be done.

“I mean, we're talking about very memorable areas that many people tie a lot of memories to, so every design change was scrutinized very heavily. I don't think there are that many dramatic?? changes where entire things have been removed or added. A remaster is a perfect term for it. So, you will find only small changes over lesser areas of the game, I wou?ld say, and then it's just very beautiful texture, lighting enhancements, and stuff like that," says Grant.

One change to the game that has already caused a lot of joy for players might sound simple but is also indicative of the overall approach the developers have taken to Blade and Soul NEO. S??tamina is no longer an ??issue, which means infinite windwalking. It’s the perfect example of examining the game and finding something that was interfering with the potential fun players could have, so removing it made sense. Grant is particularly effusive about this change.

“One of my favorite things to do is in this starter area, in Bamboo Village, is a beach with a big beautiful ocean out there. Playing Blade and Soul Live you could run out there a little bit, and your stamina would run out, and then you fall in the ocean, and you have to swim back. In NEO, the first thing I did was just run out on that ocean you can windwalk across it, and it's beautiful. I can just go on forever and just imagine myself walking across the ocean just for fun, just cause I can.�/p>

It’s hard to tell before diving into the game, but from what I have seen so far, this is the most telling aspect of the design approach to Blade and Soul NEO. What would be fun? What would respect the audience? What would fix simple issues from the? past?

It's oddly comforting to see game demos pick up in popularity over the past couple of years over on Steam. I often find myself scrolling through whatever's available at a given time, and that's how I came across Deadzone: Rogue, a game that's actually much better?? than it might seem.

More specifically, I do feel that Deadzone: Rogue looks too generic and sterile for its own good, but its unexciting visual language actually hides something genuinely awesome and exciting. It's not quite on the level of Sulfur, keep in mind, but few things are. The download is fairly small (just over 5 gigs in size), and the full demo actually comes with a fairly decent chunk of content. What you're getting here is an unexpectedly dynamic and brutal System Shock and DOOM hybrid that's unlikely to leave you disap?pointed.

Deadzone: Rogue demo is totally free, and genuinely fun, so give it a shot

I've already seen a few interesting comparisons to Synthetik 2 floating about, and though there's some merit to those, Deadzone: Rogue definitely leans more heavily toward??s t??he two games I mentioned above.

Visually, this demo is like a less gritty and interesting cousin to Nightdive's System Shock remake. Gameplay-wise, it's a Roguelike DOOM 2016 with less blood and gore. The screenshots really do not do this game justice, however, and though I'll admit I was skeptical while the demo was downloading, actually sitting d??own and playing it made me a real believer.

The sheer smoothness of combat you get out of Deadzone: Rogue is one of those things you have to see to believe. It is strikingly polished and satisfying, and though its arenas are about as uninspired as they get, the ??core gameplay loop is more than strong enough to keep you gunning down cyborgs for way longer than you expected to.

The curious bit is that Rogue is related to the developer Prophecy Games' older "corridor extraction shooter" that actually is sitting in Steam Early Access since July 2023: Starsiege: Deadzone. I can't speak to that game's quality due to not being interested in the concept at all, but the assets and the general gameplay mechanics have been streamlined and improved upon for Rogue, and it all works quite well already.

Deadzone: Rogue doesn't currently have a proper release date, and it is the kind of game that you'd expect to spend a few years in Early Access. I've seen no word as to whether that'll be the case with Deadzone, but don't be surprised if it is. Regardless of all of that, and setting aside the game's uninspiring visual language, there's something really special hiding underneath. If you're even remotely interested in roguelites and high-octane FPS titles, do yourself a favor and give Deadzone: Rogue a shot. It is free, after all.

We're just a few days away from playing Avowed, the new RPG from Obsidian Entertainment. You know, that team that brought us one of the best Fallout games of all time. With the studio's growing success, it seems the developer is keen to stay afloat for a ??very long time.

Now, unless you're one of those people who got the Early Access version of the game, you'll be waiting on tenterhooks to dive into the world of Eora. In the meantime, Obsidian says it's got a 100-year plan in place, as noted by PC Gamer.

According to Marcus Morgan, Vice President of operations, and Justin Britch, Vice President of development, the Avowed studio would like to be able to celebrate its centenary. This would take us up to 2125, which is about 150 years away from the events that took place in Fallout: New Vegas.

A vow(ed)

According to the report, Obsidian may be able to achieve this by maintaining its stance as a relatively successful developer; not one that's too big ?for its own boots, but also not one that's so small and unwilling to adapt that it disappears into obscurity.

By sticking with projects that have a decent reputation with some "mild success," Morgan and Britch believe the team can keep investing in games that have more realistic sales expectations, but ?that are still worthy of note. Additionally, by maintaining its current staff culture, Obsidian coul??d well be around for many more years.

As PC Gamer notes, the likes of Nintendo have done this, having been founded? in 1889. Of course??, that company didn't start off specializing in video games. That would have been impressive, seeing as the technology wasn't around back then.

We'll never know whether Obsidian Entertainment will still be in operation another 78 years from now, but we do know that if it continues to put out high-quality titles that do as well as they have, the studio will hopefully have the backing to keep going for a long while. I also know that I am slightly jealous of those who got a copy of Avowed early.

Parrying and following up with a riposte is your bread-and-butter move during combat in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, but did you know you can dodge? You can, and dodging attacks is a go??od way ?to get the drop on your foes.

As it is with some gameplay elements, Kingdom Come 2 doesn't do the best job of teaching you how to dodge during combat. In fact, there's a?? chance you didn't even know it was an option �or you forgot. The dodge move is detailed in the Player menu under the Warfare section in the Combat tab. It's called Evade, and it can be enhanced by spending perkpoints on certain skills. But first, let's learn how to dodge enemy attacks.

How to dodge in Kingdom Come 2

Dodging in Kingdom Come 2 can be done by holding a?? direction while pressing the button or key for jump.

Based on your platform, a dodge can be performed by pressing:

• The space bar on PC
• The B button on an Xbox controller
• The circle button on a PlayStation controller

Like with the parry, a successful dodge in Kingdom Come 2 is judged by timing the movement when the enemy is about to strike. Holding a direction and pressing dodge when the Perfect Block icon appears (the green shield) will cause you to quickly duck to one side or the other, allowing you to strike a surprised enemy. This is called a Perfect Dodge in the game. It does take some stamina, but it should give ??you the full view of an enemy's exposed side. They shouldn't be able to parry your strike.

To dodge, wait for the enemy to begin their attack. Hold left or right and press the dodge button or key when the Perfect Bl?ock icon appears. Attack the enemy after you move to t?heir side.

W?ith good timing, you can get around an enemy's exposed back:

Evading ca?n also be used to move in or create distance. Pressing dodge while holding forward causes Henry to dart closer to the enemy. Holding back while dodging causes him to quickly step back, putting space between you and the enemy or avoiding their swing.

Dodging can be done with your chosen weapon (and even while equipped with a shield), but it works best when using lighter armaments such as one-handed?????????????????????????? blades. It's also a?? perfect way to juke foes during fistfights.

What skills enhance the dodge ability?

There are several perks you can unlock that make your dodge even better in Kingdom Come 2. The first is Nimble Stance in the Agility stat. Nimble Stance is available to purchase with a perkpoint at Agility level 8 and makes it so dodging costs 40% less stamin?a. Next, pick up Totentanz when you get Agility to level 12. It provides you with a 15% weapon attack bonus when you perform a Perfect Dodge. You should also consider grabbing the River perk in the Warfare skill list in the Combat tab. After completing a dodge or Perfect Dodge, it offers a +3 bonus for the Warfare skill and causes your stamina to replenish 15% faster for 10 seconds.

When sheep go missing in Bohemia, chances are wolves are the culprit. But what if it's something more supernatural? That's the conceit of Hunting the Werewolf, a side quest you can take in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. But getting to it will take a bit of work.

You must complete a series of tasks before you unlock Hunting the Werewolf. First, you'll need to complete the side quests for getting Mutt. Doing so should introduce you to Herdsboy Siegfried, who puts you on the quest chain that leads Henry to hunt a w??erewolf.

Complete these t??asks to unlock Hunting the Werewolf:

• Find Mutt
• Return to Siegfried and complete his activity, Sheep Among Wolves
• Speak to Shepherd Smoliek and complete The Lost Sheep
• Go to Shepherd Stanislav and finish Carrot on a Stick

When available, the Sheep Among Wolves task will appear as a red shield with an orange star ju?st north of Tachov in the Trosky region. Wait ??for a while if it doesn't appear on your map. It should be available after a few in-game days. Otherwise, keep playing until the marker shows.

Speak w??ith Siegfried and complete Shee?p Among Wolves. Afterward, he'll tell you about two shepherds who also need help with their wolf problem. They'll appear on the map under the same red icon.

How to start Hunting the Werewolf in Kingdom Come 2

When you've finished the final task, you'll be told about Herdsboy Natan who has a sheep herd near Semine. He can also use Henry's wolf-hun??ting expertise. Look for the red shield icon northwest of Semine, south of Zhelejov.

Natan can typically be found watching his flock from a bench underneath a large tree??. Speak with him and c?hoose the dialogue option "I heard you need some help."

He does indeed; Natan has been losing sheep left and right. Henry assumes that wolves are once more involved, but Natan thinks it could be more serious. When the last sheep disappeared, Natan's investigation only resulted in him finding a pool of ??blood, a severed ear, and no wolf tracks. The conclusion?? It's obviously the work of a werewolf! Agree to help, and Henry will be on his way with his best witcher impression.

Where to find the werewolf in Kingdom Come 2

Open up your map and head towa??rd the quest ico??n, down the road to the west.

At a spot where the path splits is a small tree with an arrow sticking out and a pool of blood underneath.

Pull the "Bloodied broken arrow" from the tree to complete the fi?rst quest objective. Now, it's time to track down the missing sheep. You can use Mutt to track the beast by having him sniff the arrow, or you can follow the nearby trail of blood going into the forest.

Either way, you'll eventually come to, not a werewolf, but a camp of bandits hiding in the woods along the ?northernmost trail.

You need to enter the camp to confirm that you've found the sheep killers. There are two options to pursue here: sneak in undetected or kill the bandits. You earn different rewards depending on your choice.

I?f you decide to sneak in, wait for the lone guard to walk down the hill away from the camp. Another bandit is sleeping under a tent, so crouch? low to not wake him up.

Either way, y??ou need to examine the sheep remains on the rock to confirm the identities of the sheep killers.

Return to Natan with your findings. He'll re??ward ?you based on how you dealt with the bandits:

Kill the bandits reward:

• Survival XP
• Reputation
• 25 Groschen
• Schnapps
• Weak Saviour Schnapps
• 3 Bandages
• Bread
• 2 Cooked Onions
• Even Die

Leave the bandits reward:

Killing the bandits offers a much greater reward, though Natan won't be happy that his request resulted in ending the lives of three men. If you left them alive, he'll say he plans to report the bandits to?? the Semine guard. Either way, his werewolf troubles are in the past. For now, hopefully.

During your efforts to locate Mutt in the side quest, Lackey, you may have come away with an... intriguing treasure map. The Vidlak Bandit's Map leads you to a treasure in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, and here's how to locate both.

You can take Vidlak Bandit's Map off a gang of thieves hiding in the forest northwest of Tachov in the Trosky region. Look for an Enemy Camp location in the hills between the lake and t??he road leading north from Tachov.

At least four ?bandits are hiding out in the camp, so be sure to come prepared. If you found Mutt by now, you should take him for the fig??ht ahead. Kill the enemies and loot their corpses for the map. It should be on the most heavily armored one.

Where to find Vidlak Bandit's Map treasure

Open up the map in your inventory and peer with wonderment at some bandit's ??crud??e take on the treasure's location.

Based on the lovely chicken scratch, we can surmise that the treasure is buried under a dead tree next to? a river that splits off to a lake. Luckily, the location is close by.

The map is pointing to the river west of the Enemy Camp location. Look for a p??ath nearby leading from the camp going north?west and follow it to a crossroads. Follow the northern path until it turns south.

S??top and leave the path once you're close to the rive?r.

Search the area to find the dead tree as directed by the map. However, it appears the tree toppled over and is?? now ly?ing in the river. Looking at the tree will cause Henry to comment on it. The tree appears on the map as "Hollow tree."

The treasure is gone, b??ut don't panic! It's only been washed downstream. Fo??llow the river until you reach a spot with two small, dead trees surrounded by cattails.

The Washed-up chest managed to float down the? riv??er and got stuck in the trees.

Open it to find a heap of valuable goods:

• 300 Groschen
• Golden Crucifix
• Silver Cup
• Tin Plate (2)

Toji V2 Unleashed has very high M1 damage and quick animations, which makes him an excellent sword for grinding in Verse Piece. Short animations let you deal more burst damage with your moves and then switch to M1 combos for very high DPS. Even though his kit does have only four moves, they all have decent AoE and CC. Compared to some low-mobility swords like the Sung Jin Woo and Cid V2, the Toji V2 has an incre??dible dash X move as well.

How to Get the Toji V2 Unleashed Sword in Verse Piece

In Verse Piece, you can buy the Toji V2 Unleashed sword from the Toji Unleashed NPC in Jujutsu Village for 10k Gems, 1 Heavenly Spear, and 1 Spirit Soul Katana. You will need to have the Toji sword, the Rejected Zenit trait, and the Truthseeker race as well. Toji Unleashed ca??n be found on the outskirts of the V?illage by the two log piles closest to the shore.

Gems and the Heavenly Spear are easily obtained by defeating Bosses and opening chests in Verse Piece. The other components are more tricky to get. So, we decided to dedicate a separate se?ction for each of them further?? in the guide.

How to Get the Toji V1 Sword

To get the Toji V1 sword, you will only need 2,500 Gems, 1 Heavenly Spear, and the Heavenly Restriction trait. You can get all of these while farming the other Toji V2 components in Verse Piece. The Heavenly Spear drops from basically all chests in Verse Piece, while the Heavenly Restriction is a common legendary trait. Once you have both, head to the Desert Town and talk to the Toji NPC.

Crafting the Split Soul Katana

Split Soul Katana is one of the key components needed for the Toji V2 Unleashed sword in Verse Piece. Thankfully, you can craft the Split Soul Katana using 5,000 Gems, 100 Iron, 75 Black Iron, 1 Handle (Split Soul Katana), and 1 Blade (Split Soul Katana) at the Craft NPC on the Blacksmith Isle. Here is a breakdown of where you can farm each of these materials in Verse Piece:

• Gems: Bosses in the open world or dungeons.
• Iron: Bandit Leader on Starter Island.
• Black Iron: Snow Bandit Leader in Snow Village.
• Split Soul Katana Blade and Handle: Maki Boss spawns in the Boss Rush dungeon and on the Lost Isle.

Obtaining the Truthseeker Race

The Truthseeker is one of the best races in Verse Piece, and it's also a key component needed for the Toji V2 sword. To get the Truthseeker race, use Race Rerolls and hope for the best. Exotic Races, such as the Truthseeker, are very difficult to get. It took me thousands of Race Rerolls to get it myself. How to Reroll Traits and Get the Rejected Zenin Trait

In Verse Piece, you can obtain The Toji V2's signature Rejected Zenin trait by rerolling traits at the Trait Reroll NPC in Frost Town. If you get it while rerolling for Monarch or some other traits, make sure to store it. Rejected Zenin is an exotic trait in Verse Piece with a low 0.025% reroll chance?. So, if you are unlucky, make sure to sell your excess materials at the Adventure Shop for more Gems.

How to Farm the Curse Worm

Curse Worm material is a rare drop from the Toji Unleashed Boss on the Boss Island, which you can summon using Boss Tickets and Gems. However, keep in mind that Curse Worm's drop rate is extremely low, so it might take you a while to get it. You can exchange Mythical materials for Boss Tickets at the Ticket Exchange NPC? on Bleach Island in case you run out of them.

How to Enhance the Toji V2 (Unleashed) Sword in Verse Piece

To upgrade the Toji V2 Unleashed sword in Verse Piece, visit the Blacksmith NPC on the Blacksmith Isle. You can enhance the Toji v2 sword up to five times, and each try costs you one Enhance Stone. However, there is only a 10% chance of the enhancement being successful. So, you will need around 50 Enhance Ston??es to upgrade ?Toji V2 Unleashed fully.

How to Farm Enhance Stones

If you want to grind Enhance Stones in Verse Piece, then fishing is your best bet. However, you can also get Enhance Stones from all types of chests. Chests drop from basically every Boss in Verse Piece. Rarer ch??ests like the Exotic ones only drop from some powerful dungeon Bosses. Lastly, you can craft chests at the Craft NPC on Blac?ksmith Isle using other chests.

One of the few treasure maps you can find in the Emerald Stair region of Avowed is called Painter's Regret. The map depicts a small cave near a waterfall outside of Fior m?es Iverno, but the exact location of t??he treasure is a mystery, even if you follow the map precisely.

How to start Painter's Regret treasure in Avowed

Before you head off on the journey to follow the treasure map, you need to actually find it first. The Painter's Regret treasure map can't be purchased from any vendor in Emerald Stair. I??nstead, you can pick up a physical painting somewhere in the region.

Specifically, you have to travel to the Farmer's Market lo??cation on the southeastern side of Emerald Stair. Here, head into one of the locked buildings on the east side of the location, which you can access by climbing in through a window on the backside of it. Inside the well-lit building, you'll find the Painter's Regret painting, which you can take to follow it as a treasure map.

This starts the Painter's Regret Treasure Map quest in Avowed, so now, let's take a loo?k at where you need to go to find the t?reasure.

Painter's Regret treasure location in Avowed

With the treasure map in hand, you can? go about following it to the location of the treasure. As you can see on the map in your quest journal, there's a waterfall that's just outside of Fior mes Iverno in Emerald Stair, and the treasure is inside some sort of cave on the left side of the waterfall.

This exact locat??ion is southwest of Fior mes Iverno, just north of the Rootbound Godless Ruins and Belderreno's Lair. The best way to reach the treasure's location, however, is by coming from the north. There's a party camp waystone just north of the treasure and the Ranger Outpost to the northwest with a fast-travel beacon nearby. The map screenshot below shows exactly where you need to go for the Painter's Regret treasure:

If you come from the north, you can jump down some rocky cliffs to easily desce?nd to the treasure's location. You can also come from the south or any other direction, but you'll have to take a longer route to reach the treasure. There's a winding path near the waterfall you can use to get up to the treasure, but this will involve climbing ??some rocks.

At the spot on the map we've outlined above, you'll be in the middle of a cliff, and there will be a small cave in front of you. There are no doors to the cave or anything to open, so you can just walk right in and open a chest on the left side of the cave. Inside the chest is the Painter's Brush unique trinket, which you can equip in the necklace slot of your character in Avowed.

This isn't the best necklace you can wear in Avowed, but it does increase your critical hit chance by 5%. If you're playing as a wizard or ranger who uses bows or guns, this can actually be a solid addition to your character's gear set. Aim for the heads of enemies and take full advantage of the extra ??critical damage if you decide to throw on the Painter's Brush trinket.

With that, the Painter's Regret Treasure Map quest has been completed, and you can potentially move on to another treasure map in Emerald Stair, such as Earthy Aegis.

How to start the Earthy Aegis treasure map in Avowed

Let's p??ump the brakes on the treasure for a second and first learn how to actually find the Earthy Aegis map. This map isn't purchased through a vendor or given to you by any NPC in Avowed. In??stead, you have to visit the Naku Tedek Grounds location in the southern part of Emerald Stair.

Here, you can loot a chest on the western side of the grounds and find the Earthy Aegis treasure map. For what it's worth, you will visit the Naku Tedek Grounds as a part of the story in Avowed, so you can just wait to go there ??during a main quest or seek it out if you want to explore the ??map.

When you find the map, the Earthy Aegis Treasure Map side quest begins in Avowed, and you can now go seek out the treasure?? somewhere in Emerald Stair.

Earthy Aegis treasure location in Avowed

Now that you have the treasure map, you can view it from your quest journal to see that it depicts some kind of ruined building that sits above a water source. If you look closer at the treasure map, you'll a?lso see that the treasure i??s accessible from the lower part of the ruined buildings.

If you're anything like me, you maybe had a vague idea of where this could be in Eme?rald Stair, but no real guess. I spent nearly 30 minutes scouring around all of the water sources in the region to no avail, but then I finally managed to find the ruined building depicted on the map?.

You're looking for an area to the northwest of Fior mes Iverno. Specifically, the ruined building where the treasure is located is bet??ween Tama's Cabin and The Delemgan Glade. For an additional reference point, it's northwest of The Wildwoods and Lake Lacuna. You can see exactly where the ruined building is on the map in the screenshot below:

At this ?ruined building, you won't be able to unlock the front door right away and head inside to grab the treasure. Instead, head right from the front door and go o?n a large tree branch that circles the building. Eventually, you'll reach a small window that's covered with smaller branches. You can peer through this window to see the inside of the building.

On the wall just t?o the right of the window is a switch you can interact with to open the front door. This is pretty e??asy to miss and you have to be fairly close to the switch to be able to interact with it.

Head back to the front door after pressing the switch, go inside the building, and loot the chest to secure the Earthy Aegis treasure. The treasure is the Nature's Ward unique shield, which is of Exceptional Quality and ??features some impressive stats. This was easily my best shield option when I looted the treasure.

Once you loot the shield, the Earthy Aegis Treasure Map quest has been completed in Avowed. If you're looking for more treasure, you can also seek out the Painter's Regret treasure map, which has a treasur?e that's not too far ?from the Earthy Aegis reward.

Best ways to make money in Avowed

We are still early on our journeys in Avowed, but Bounty Missions are the way t?o go. These missions can be found in every region, and you'll usually come across a board with different posters. When you check on them, you'll be tasked with completing cert?ain missions.

To complete the mission, follow a quest marker to reach the required location. After defeating the target, search the body for proof of your completed task. Go back to the city where you received the que?st and speak with the dedicated NPC to earn your rewards.

The amount of in-game currency you get will depend on the regions where you obtained the bounty, but the general process is pretty rewarding. You should explore as many regions as possible, ?as doing so will help you discover more Bounty Missions and get more currency in the proc??ess.

Another useful way to get more money is by selling equipment you won't us??e. There's no sense in keeping equipment below the quality of your current setup, as it isn't worth stripping down for resources. Instead, selling the items will help you get more value in return. Always make sure to open as many chests as possible for further valuables and equipment.

Similarly, you'll come across valuable items that can only be sold for money (they have no other uses), so be on the lookout for those as well. In the end, completing as many quests as possible will also help you become richer. Hence, try to complete the side quests as well along with finishing the main storyline.

After a crazy ending to Severance Season 2 Episode 4, Woe's Hollow, Episode 5 titled Trojan's Horse followed up with a not-as-?crazy but still pretty wild ending. Let's break down what exactly was going on to Mark at the end of Episode 5.

What is going on with Mark?

In the final scene of Severance 2 Season 5, Trojan's Horse, we see Mark really going through it. For starters, he's still got that cough, the one that's seemingly been nagging him the last few episodes. When did we last see that? From M?ark's work buddy Petey in Season 1 who had debilitating—and eventually fatal—effects from reintegration. As he goes to leave his reintegration session with Reghabi, a former Lumon surgeon who also assisted Petey, he hears his wife Gemma?'s voice.

As he tries to shake it off, Mark hears it again, befor??e his surroundings change to the long black hallway from the Lumon severed floor that Irving often paints. He walks towards the voice of his wife, who seems to be reciting what Ms. Casey told Mark's innie during his Wellness Session. "Your outie listens to misc while shaving, but not while showering," he hears, trying to navigate what appears to be the halls of the Lumon seve??red floor searching for her.

The voice grows closer, "Your outie once called a butterfly," Mark hears, before turning around to see none other than his wife Gemma, as she appeared at Lumon on the severed floor—A??KA like Ms. Casey—looking back at him. Mark freezes instantly with a look of fear, excitement, and sadness all at the same time. Which, by the way, Adam Scott has been absolutely killing it this season. Well, to be fair, the whole cast has.

Anyway, "Your outie is going to-," Gemma starts to tell him, before sud?denly she disappears and Mark is back standing in his house, no longer in Lumon. Understa?ndably, Mark bursts into tears. So what happened here?

It appears reintegration is happening for Mark

Early in Season 2 Mark made the choice to commence with reintegration. He held off in Season 1 after what happened to Petey, but learning his wife mig??ht actually still be alive, he made the decision to do?? it anyway. What happened at the end of Season 2 Episode 5 is exactly that: Mark is seeing/remembering the memories from his innie.

While ??it's great for Mark to get confirmation that his wife Gemma is still alive—at least in some way—it's clearly taking a toll on Mark as indicated by his increased coughing. That being said, there's no way Mark puts an end to it after finally making some progress toward finding his wife.

What else happened in Season 2 Episode 5?

Here's some other thoughts I have after watching the Severance Trojan's Horse episode, though beware some of these might be theor??ies of an obsessed fan!

• After the goats in Episode 3, followed by the opening of Episode 5 with the dental equipment, and the discussion Helena Eagan had with Ms. Huang and Lumon about continuing the work on "Cold Harbor" and "feeling human", I can't but think back to the early moments of Season 1 Episode 1. After coming to, Helly asks, "Am I livestock?" Mark replies, "You think we grew a full human and gave you consciousness?" This might have been the biggest clue for what's going on in Severance and we got it right from the start.
• Irving's 8-bit innie funeral with watermelon was pretty cool, that's all I want.
• It would be awkward to be the ham on the table when Burt is introducing Irving to his husband Fields.
• Milchick is for sure going to flip and join the innies, and who would blame him?! I mean come on, the paper clips?!

Early on in Severance Season 2 Episode 5, aptly titled Trojan's Horse, Milchick compares Helena Eagan going undercover as Helly since the events of the Season 1? finale to the story of Grakappan. (Prouncouced Grak-Shoe-Pin) But is the story of Gra?kappan actually real, or just made up by Milchick?

What is the Story of Grakappan?

The story of Grakappan is referenced by Milchick early on in the episode when Helly questions why her outie, Helean Eagan, was on the Severance floor imitating her. After pondering the question, Milchick res??ponds with a question, "Have you ever heard the story of Grakappan?". Understandably, none of t??hem had.

"In ancient times the King of Sweden himself was known to go incognito amongst his people in the hopes of learning their true grievances. He would don an old, gray robe, a Grakappan, the name for which he?? was remembered, to disguise his royal vestments," Milch?ick would explain. "Kier Eagan himself was known to do so in his ether factories, and Ms. Eagan was carrying on this noble tradition."

So, according to Milchick, Helena Eagan was essentially doing her own version of Undercover Boss to try and learn the grievances of the MDR team to make Lumon a better workplace. We, the viewers, know that ??is not the case, and thankfully Mark, Helly, and Dylan aren't buying it either.

The show, and more importantly management in Severance, like Milchick, are no strangers to making up stories, so it would be understandable to wonder if?? the story of Grakappan is actually true or even a real thing.

So is the Story of Grakappan actually real?

Yes, the story of Grakappan is actually real. After the end of the Scanian War between Sweden and Denmark in 1679, King Charles XI became known as the Greycoat, or the Grakappan in?? Swedish. He would intentionally disguise himself and visit villages across Sweden seeking to spot corruption against the populace from higher orders of power, usually the corrupt church.

One famous story from King Charles XI actions as Grakappan t?a?lks of him visiting a village in disarray while its priest lived lavishly, while another nearby village was in outstanding condition but its priest was in poverty. King Charles XI switched the two priests to solve this issue.

So the basis for Milchick's comparison of Helena Eagan's actions is based on real events. However, I wouldn't be surprised if his story about Kier Eagan doing the same as his ether factories is?? a fabricated part of the story.

Traits in Verse Piece are one of the most important aspects of your character in Verse Piece. Primarily, they exponentially increase your damage and survivability. However, that's not all there is to them. Find out how to further buff your best traits with our Verse Piece trait passives guide below.

What are Trait Passives in Verse Piece?

Trait passives in Verse Piece increase the damage multiplier given by your trait. For example, with the Godly passive (50% increased damage) on the Betrayer trait (7.5x damage multiplier), you will deal 11.25x the damage. Damage increase from trait passives isn't shown anywhere. However, it works, and you can test it by hitting the dummy on the Starter Island with a fruit, spec, or sword.

Below is a list of all currently available trait passives in Verse Piece. The progression here is very linear. The rarer the passive, the more it will increase your damage. Keep in mind that the trait passive works only on the trait you rerolled it on.

How to Reroll Trait Passives in Verse Piece

In Verse Piece, you can reroll passives on your trait by interacting with the Passive Traits Reroll NPC found in Karakura Town. Each reroll costs you 2,500 Gems and one Corrupted Ticket. If you have a decent trait passive already, try to save up at least a hundred Corrupted Tickets before rerolling ag?ain unless you have a duplicate trait in your ?storage.

How to Get Corrupted Tickets

Corrupted Tickets are difficult to come by in Verse Piece as they drop only from Corrupted Bosses, which have 10m HP. Now, there is a relatively easy way to farm Corrupted Tickets if you have a decent build, and that is by doing Corrupted Boss Rush dungeons.

Each run contains five Corrupted Bosses, and you will need 10,000 Gems and 10 Dungeon Tickets to enter one. Corrupted Bosses drop one or two Corrupted Tickets, depending on whether there is an ongoing even??t that doubles material drops.

What Traits Are Worth Spending Corrupted Tickets On

In general, you want to spend Corrupted Tickets wisely, as they are relatively hard to come by. So, reroll passives on traits with the highest damage multiplier in Verse Piece. Good examples are Monarch, Betrayer, and Rejected Zenin traits. Lastly, if you have excess Corrupted Tickets, just save?? them until new traits come out.

How to Get Fruits in Verse Piece

Obtaining fruits in Verse Piece is an easy task. All you have to do is go to the Merchant Island, which is directly south-west of the Starter Island. There, you will find the Random Fruit NPC behind a pink stall. Interacting with them will cost you 25 crystals, and in return, you will get a random fruit in your inventory.

To learn the fruit's moveset, equip it and then use it by clicking M1. Note that doing this will overwrite your previous fruit. To open your inventory and see all the fruits that you have, press "~" (button above Tab) on your keyboard.

In case you end up with too many fruit in your inventory, you can use Backspace to drop a specific fruit to the ground (others will be able to pick it up). You can also throw away all the unequipped fruits by interacting with the Trash Bag that is next to the yellow stall on the same island.

Betrayer is undoubtedly one of the, if not the strongest, traits in Verse Piece. With Betrayer, grinding PvE content will be much easier, and you will certainly have the upper hand in PvP as well. Without further ado, let's find out how to get the Betrayer trait in Verse Piece!

Betrayer Trait Quest in Verse Piece

To get the Betrayer trait in Verse Piece, you will need to complete a specific quest related to it. You can find the quest NPC on top of a rock surrounding the Lost Isle, the island whe?re bosses automatically spawn. There are two requirements for completing the Betrayer trait quest:

1. You need to be level 5000 or above.
2. You have to kill 50 players after starting the quest.

Make sure to swap your trait for one that you won't need because Betrayer will replace your current trait upon quest completion. Also, keep in mind that because the Betrayer trait doesn't have rarity, you won't get prompted to confirm if you want to reroll it.

How to Efficiently Complete The Betrayer Quest

Getting 50 kills won't be easy, especially if you are not max level and you don't have one of the meta swords, specs, or fruits in Verse Piece. So, to finish the quest quickly, you can make an alt account, join the same server, and farm kills on your main account.

Keep in mind that when someone dies in PvP, no one can damage them for a few minutes. However, there is a workaround for this. When your other character dies, go to the Roblox options menu and click the Respawn button. This way, when your character ??resets, they will be able to damage the character that previously ki?lled them.

What Bonuses Does the Betrayer Trait Give?

The Betrayer trait gives you an insane x7.5 Damage Multiplier, along with +7500 to Defense. The only other traits in Verse Piece that are as strong are Monarch and Rejected Zenin. How to Equip Titles in Verse Piece

To equip a title in Verse Piece, talk to the Title Equipment NPC on the Starter Island and click the "Equip" button in its box. You can switch between titles whenever you want. However, it's best just to equip the one that boosts your XP, Money, and Gem gain the most. Also, you don't have to equip a title if you need to get a Sword or a Spec in Verse Piece. Just having a title unlocked is enough.

Verse Piece Title Progression

Early on, try to get the Honored One by rerolling your traits whenever you can. After that, your best bet is to try and get a title by completing dungeons or killing bosses. You can find someone to help you with this on the public servers or by asking on the Verse Piece Discord server.

To view your currently equipped Ability, navigate to the Stats menu.

How to Reroll and Store Abilities in Verse Piece?

Rerolling abilities in Verse Piece is quite easy, and the only thing you need is an Ability Reroll. Click on it to equip it from your inventory, and then use it to reroll your current Ability. Ability Rerolls can be hard to come by, as they mostly drop from Mythical and Exotic Chests, so use them carefully. However, if you want to farm them extensively, then your best bet is fishing in Verse Piece.

The main way to acquire Accessories in Verse Piece is by fighting bosses and getting their loot drops. These bosses appear randomly throughout the map, so make sure to pay attention to the top-right of the screen where their health bar appears. You can also find them by looking out for Red Skulls that appear above them. Also, some Accessories are only available from various dungeon and event NPCs.

How to Upgrade Accessories in Verse Piece

Upgrading your Accessories in Verse Piece can be quite RNG-heavy. First, you will need to collect Enhance Stones and then roll to upgrade an Accessory. Each roll has a 90% chance to fail and only a 10% chance to succeed. You can upgrade Accessories up to five times. So, on average, you will need 50 Enhance Stones to max out a single Accessory in Verse Piece.

Chests mostly drop from Bosses that spawn around the map. However, these bosses usually have long respawn times. So, if you want to farm chests efficiently, just do dungeons that contain only bosses, like the ??Boss rush ones.

How to Get Sung Jin Woo Sword in Verse Piece

You can get the Sung Jin Woo Sword in Verse Piece by interacting with the Jin Woo Teacher (NPC) found on the Starter Island. However, you first have to obtain several components needed to purchase the SJW Sword, and those are:

• Title: 2nd Awakening

How to Complete the Jin Woo Quest and Get the 2nd Awakening Title

The Sung Jin Woo Quest NPC is located in Karakura Town. You can find him between the two tunnels, behind a line of houses on the left side of the island. To start the Jin Woo quest, you will need to be level 5000+.

The 2nd Awakening quest itself is simple, but it can take you a while to complete it, as it requires you to get killed 100 times by a player with the Betrayer trait. How to Get the Knight Dagger and the Basaka Dagger

To get the Basaka Dagger and the Knight Dagger in Verse Piece, you need to complete the Shadow Monarch dungeon. Sounds simple, but it's harder than it looks. The rewards are not guaranteed, and to open the dungeon on the Runes Island, you need 5,000 Gems and x3 Dungeon Tickets.

The Shadow Monarch dungeon has two Bosses, Igris and Sung Jin Woo. Igris drops some powerful accessories, while Sung Jin Woo drops the Basaka and Knight Daggers. Grindi??ng the Shadow Monarch dungeon is the optimal way to get the SJW dagger?s, but you can also try to trade for them with other players.

How to Farm Gems for Sung Jin Woo Sword

The quickest way to farm Gems for the Sung Jin Woo Sword in Verse Piece is to kill Boss enemies. Bosses can spawn around the map at set intervals. However, to make the Gem grind more efficient, do Boss Rush dungeons instead. Also, make sure to equip a title with the biggest Gem multiplier.

How to Get the Monarch Trait

This can be the easiest or the most challenging step of them all, depending on your luck. To get the Monarch trait, go to the Trait Reroll NPC in Frost Town. From there, you will have to roll traits until you receive the Monarch trait. The tricky part is that there is only a 0.025% chance of rolling any Exotic Trait, so this might take you a long time. What are Swords in Verse Piece?

Swords are your primary damage source in Verse Piece, especially in the late game. They grant you enhanced M1 attacks and a variety of other powerful moves. Each sword has up to five moves (Z, X, C, V, F). Lower rarity swords usually only have two or three, while Mythic and Exotic swords usually have at least four moves and very high damage.

You can reroll traits in Verse Piece by paying five gems to the Traits Reroll NPC. You can find them on the Frost Town island. There is a safety feature when rerolling that requires you to confirm if you want to reroll Legendary, Mythic, or Exotic traits, so reroll without worries. You can see your current trait in Verse Piece, the damage multiplier, and the stat points it gives you in your character menu.

How to Store Traits in Verse Piece

In Verse Piece, if you want to save one of the traits you rolled for later use in getting a weapon or a spec that requires it, you can store it in your trait storage. Keep in mind that you first need to unlock trait storage slots by using the Trait Storage material.

However, later on, Mythic and Exotic tier traits are the way to go if you want to stay competitive in Verse Piece.

Honored One is the best Mythic trait because of the title you get with it, while Rage Revenge offers slightly more damage. Your end-game goals should be Monarch, Rejected Zenin, and the Betrayer, as they are the best traits in Verse Piece.
