The Tekken series has always boated a multitude of ranks to climb as you battle more opponents online. With so many ranks, it can be hard to know where exactly you’re at if you don’t know them from Beginner to max. Here, we’ll go over the full rank distribution in Tekken 8.
Full Tekken 8 rank distribution
For both Arcade Quest and Ranked modes, the game uses the same system to determine your rank. Here are the ranks in order and with how many points are needed♔ to achieve them.
- Beginner: 0 Points
- 1st Dan: 400 Points
- 2nd Dan: 1,000 Points
- Fighter: 1,600 Points
- Strategist: 2,600 Points
- Combatant: 3,400 Points
- Brawler: 4,200 Points
- Ranger: 5,400 Points
- Cavalry: 6,400 Points
- Warrior: 7,400 Points
- Assailant: 9,200 Points
- Dominator: 10,800 Points
- Vanquisher: 12,400 Points
- Destroyer: 14,700 Points
- Eliminator: 16,600 Points
- Garyu: 18,500 Points
- Shinryu: 23,100 Points
- Tenryu: 27,300 Points
- Mighty Ruler: 31,500 Points
- Flame Ruler: 36,500 Points
- Battle Ruler: 41,100 Points
- Fujin: 45,700 Points
- Raijin: 52,300 Points
- Kishin: 58,500 Points
- Bushin: 64,700 Points
- Tekken King: 70,900 Points

This system differs from the Tekken Prowess points that you get per match. That is still a good indicator of skill but does not determine where you are regarding the 30 ranks present in Tekken 8.
Of 𓂃course, winning will net you more points. Losing will make you lose some, though it seems that you will gain more than lose if you have above a 40% win rate. Just don’t rage quit by unplugging, not only will it penalize you with timeouts, but people will be less willing to play against you.
