HoYoverse has announced a new playable character named Escoffier, a famous chef in Fontaine. She will debut in the upcoming Genshin Impact 5.6 update, whi🐽ch is expected to go live on May 7, 2025.

Escoffi𝔉er is a Cryo character, but ♛her rarity and weapon type are still up in the air. However, the information from the beta suggests that she is likely to be a 5-star unit that uses a Polearm. Additionally, Escoffier is expected to be an amazing Cryo support and sub-DPS unit.
