As usual, each Fortnite season is thoroughly datamined, giving us a blueprint of what to expect in terms of start and end dates throughout the game’s lifetime. But we don’t have to go off rumors anymore for Fortnite‘s OG season, as it’s fully live, and the end date is confirmed.
Fortnite OG will run through December 2 at 10PM ET
As you can see in the screenshot above, Fortnite OG will be a limited-run event, and will be shorter than prior seasons. It’ll conclude on December 2 at 10PM ET (the concurrent timezone for Epic Games’ headquarters in Cary, North Carolina (USA).
As a result, some concessions have been made, as the “OG Pass” (the moniker used for this particular micro-season) is only 50 levels. It does, however, have two pages of bonus rewards, the last of which unlock on November 16, 2023.
While it isn’t confirmed just what Epic Games will do with the “OG” map once the season ends, they’ll likely be gearing up for their usual Christmas event following the conclusion of Fortnite: OG.
Do Fortnite Crew Members automatically get the OG pass?
Good news! The OG Pass is just a Battle Pass by another name. After logging in, all Fortnite Crew Members (Epic Games’ subscription system for Fortnite) will gain access to the pass as normal.
You’ll also only be able to buy 10 levels instead of the usual 25 at a discounted rate. The reasons are fairly 🅰obvious, as the normal🦩 discount would instantly unlock half of the OG pass.
