Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has launched to lukewarm reviews, but there’s plenty packed for DC fans who don’t mind a bit of generic gameplay.
You may wonder just how much time you’ll spend with the game before the credits roll. The main story of Suicide Squad is about 10 to 12 hours long, depending on your play style. On ෴the path to defeating the Justice League, Task Force X has the chance to recruit some aid and score some weapons to make battles with enemies easier.
If you include the side content, you can easily double the playtime to 20 hours or higher. If you want to see everything the game has to offer, you can add another 8 to 10 hours to that. However, be warned that a monotonous grin🍸d awaits you if you take this route.
The ad💧venture is divided into th൩e following chapters:
- Chapter 1 – Arkham’s Least Wanted
- Chapter 2 – Task Forced X
- Chapter 3 – Worst Laid Plans
- Chapter 4 – You Either Die a Villain
- Chapter 5 – Once More With Bullets
- Chapter 6 – Crisis on Two Earths
If you want to squeeze more hours out of the game, you can hop online and play with a private or public squad. There are bots to accompany you if you don’t have companions. My experiences with multiplayer have been somewhat shaky, and I’ve had a few instances of the game failing to log into Warner Bros.’s servers.
In my first impressions article, I point out that it is not a bad game at all, though it’s not a good one either. It’s merely average, which may be worse than a title that’s so bad it’s good. Players looking for a third-person shooter have a plethora of options, and Suicide Squad is far from the 🐲best the massive genre has to offer.
It does excel when it comes to its writing, with Harley Quinn and Captain Boomerang being standout🦹s. Ch🔯aracters also have unique gameplay abilities which makes it fun to switch between them.
Kill the Justice League is of average quality, but if you do pick it up, you now know how much time you’ll get to spend with it.
