How to breed Hoola in My Singing Monsters

I am deeply unsettled by this thing.

My Singing Monsters has a peculiar charm about it. There🦄 is something unnerving about the creatures that populate the various Islands and prod꧂uce surprisingly catchy music.

While there are many horrific creatures to choose from, Hoola might just be the one that wigs me out the most, and not just because she looks like the daughter of Looney Tunes‘ Gossamer.

All about My Singing Monsters’ Hoola

Hoola is a 😼special Seasonal Monster that can be bred on the Earth and Air Islands during the SummerSong celebration. Summersong runs from mid-July through mid-August and for a brief window at the end of January for the out-of-season reprisal.

For Hoola to be worth it in terms of coin production, you’ll have to collect it multiple times a day. I don’t think it is worth buying, but breeding your own is pretty easy as long as you get it done within the available times above.

How to breed Hoola, Rare Hoola, and Epic Hoola in My Singing Monsters

For the best shot at adding Hoola to your collection, breed PomPom and Pango on either Earth or Air Island during either timeframe. Hoola has two other variations: Rare Hoola and Epic Hoola. You can get a Rare Hoola by the same breeding as its base version. Epic Hoola has three potential breeding options:

  • Riff and Fwog on Air Island
  • Quarrister and Dandidoo on Earth Island
  • Schmoochle and Yool on Seasonal Shanty

Once bred and hatched, Hoola can be teleported to the Seasonal Shanty upon reaching level 15. With a Hoola on Seasonal Shanty, Hoola can be bred with any of the following monsters at any time of the year for a chance♐ at receiving another Hoola:

  • Gobbleygourd
  • Clavavera
  • Viveine
  • Carillong
  • Whiz-bang
  • Monculus
  • Ffidyll
  • Boo’qwurm
  • Spurrit

However, it is recommended to breed Hoola with an Aux Seasonal if you want another Hoola since these breeding pairs give you the best chance of producing a Hoola (and not the other parent). These include Carillong, Monculus, Spurrit, and Viveine. Of these, Monculus offeꦆrs the lowest waiting time and tend𒁃s to be your best bet.

You can also breed a normal Hoola w𝓰ith a Rare Hoola for the best odds.🦂

Hoola’s likes

Placing any of the following monsters or items near Hoola will increase her happiness by 25%. For those who don’t want to perform a mental jigsaw with placement, plop down a Unity Tree on the Island to remove the proximity restrictions.

  • Tweedle (Monster)
  • SummerSong Path (Decoration)
  • Tree Hut (Decoration)
  • Tree Forte Tower (Decoration)
  • Castanevine (Decoration)

It seems the other monsters in My Singing Monsters share my apprehension regarding☂ Hoola. The only other monsters that receive a 25% happiness boost around Hoola are Rare Hoola and Punkleton.
