The Mosasaurus is certainly one of the largest catches you can get in Fisch🌺, but finding it and ꦰthen catching it can be a really difficult task.

This particular fish (or, rather, a prehistoric creature) isn’t really suited for those who are just getting started. Added as part of the latest update, it has become a great choice for players with a decent amount of experience and equipment. Let’s take a look at where you can spot this Jurassic-era giant and how to proceed with your task.

This behemoth can be found in the saltwater regions of Ancient Isle, and it’s exclusive to this spot. Like the creature in the discussion, this spot has also been added as part of the recent update. The spawn location is completely random, but there are a few steps you can take to ease the task at hand.

You’ll want to wait till it’s night, and foggy weather is reportedly the best condition. As per one of my colleagues who helped me with finding the place, you’ll want to be at the waterfall region, located on the western side. This specific spot, in general, is home to several Mythical creatures, so it makes complete sense for you to fish here.

How to catch Mosasaurus

Reeling in the Mosasaurus is no mean feat in Fisch, as it’s not your ordinary fish. The creature applies a negative buff once hooked, which reduces the reeling speed by 75%. This is a huge disadvantage as your reeling time extends a lot. Then, it constantly moves, and you’ll have to adjust accordingly.

Ultimately, there’s no secret to catching this beast, and it’s all about your persistence. The only factors yu can control are the weather and equipment, and we will discuss it more in the next section.

Let’s first begin with the rod, as that’s going to be your most important equipment. Without the right choice, you’ll never be able to reel in the Mosasaurus.
