The Valentine’s update has showered Dress to Impress players with ton🌟s of new content, from new clothing to an upcoming new game type. Plus, you can enjoy the latest chapter in the Lana lore with a new ques🐎t to complete.
Instead of h𝐆aving to complete three chapters, the V-Day Quest makes it easier for players by limiting it to two chapters. So, once you’ve completed this one, you’re finished! But it’s still rather challenging, which is why we’re here to walk you through Chapter Two.
How to start Chapter Two of the Valentine’s Day Quest in DTI
If you’ve just completed Chapter One, you’ll begin Chapter Two righౠt away. However, if you’ve take💟n some downtime, head back to the Valentine’s Quest server by entering the portal in the lobby or switching servers.
Hop on one of the swan boats for Chapter Two, choosing how many o☂ther players you’d like to join, with up to six in a single server. You can also choose to complete the chapter solo.
DTI Valentine’s Day Quest Chapter Two Walkthrough
After entering the Fortress Portal, you’ll be tele𒁃ported to a dark realm controlled by Agamemnon, where he has taken possession of Nurse Julie, who you might remember from the Hallowee🗹n Quest. Walk forward across the bridge to the island with the locked door. You’ll need to find four chests to open up this door.
On this island, there are bridges on either 🌜side leading to smaller islands. Each smaller island will cont🤪ain one of the chests you need to unlock the door. It doesn’t matter which order you choose to collect the chests in, so long as they are all found.
Chest One
Head across the left bridge first, and there will be bridges leading either way.ඣ Take the left one again. On this small island will be a pool of water and a well. Head to the back corner of the island and this is where you can find the first chest.
The chests will typically be outlined in green, which you can se🍃e in the dar🍒k and red. This will make them easier to find.
Chest Two
Head back across the bridge and cross the one leading to a large stone formation with a doorway. Inside, you’ll find a maze of the hospital t𝄹hat Nurse Julie is still stuck in.
The maze is pretty short, so you shouldn’t have much trouble making your🌄 way towards the chest. There will be candles lit on the floor that will lead you in the right direction. You’ll find it pretty easily. The second chest is located at the end o🐬f the maze.
Chest Three
Head back towards the main islandཧ, where the locked door is. Luckily, the maze will now give you arrows pointing you towards the way out.🅰 Head across the bridge on the right and then left to the island with the dinner table.
Once you’re through the main entrance of the building, turn left and walk alongside the wall. Keep hugging the wall u꧅ntil you find a stack of boxes. Behind this sta🌸ck of crates is the third chest.
Chest Four
For the final chest, head out of the dining room scene and across the right brid🙈ge. This will lead you to a small island with stone ruins and a large Greek statue. Head through the main arch, turn right, and you’ll find an opening 🎶in the ruins that lets you walk into the structure.
The fourth and final chest is hidden here.
For each chest, there will be a🎃 small minigame you need to complete to get the key. You’ll either need to select the butterfly card or match cards together. To find the butterfly, keep your eye on the correct card. You’ll get five chances to find the butterfly three times.
For the other minigame, you need to match cards with the same symbols toge🙈ther. Again, you’ll get five chances before getting kick﷽ed out. There’s no countdown on these minigames, so take your time. Both minigames appear twice.
Simon Says
Once you’ve got all four keys, head back across the bridge𓆉s to the main island with the locked door. As a final test, you’ll play th🅘ree rounds of Simon Says. Four colors will flash above the door in an order. You need to play that order back.
There will be four pillars that each correspond to one of the colors. For example, if the door flashes red, blue, green, yellow, then walk to the corresponding pillars in tha𝔉t order. The pi🌺llars are close enough together that you won’t need to go far but are unlikely to walk to the wrong one accidentally.
The door will fin💖ally be unlocked after successfully repeating the pattern three times. However, Agamemnon will not be happy that you’ve successfully completed The Fortress, and the entire world will begin to shake.
Platform Jumping
Now, you just need to leave. You’ll need to do this by going through a jump quest, similar to the ones found in the lobby but much longer. There will be orbs placed at very spots, and you can interactဣ with the🤪se to activate the next set of platforms to jump on.
While the jump quest is pretty straightforward, there are times when you need to backtrack a little. If you’ve made it as far as you can and there are no orbs to activate or platforms to jump on to go forward, try heading back where you came from. There will often be a new orb beh꧃ind you.
The good news for this section is that there isn’t a time limit, and you aren’t limited on how many times you can fal🔴l off. Take your time when making jumps, especially on moving platforms.
Luckily, if you do fall off, there i𒀰s a way to recover. Your avatar will land in dark lava and be launched back upwards. If you aim yourself correctly, moving in the direction you want to land, you can save yourself. Even if you can’t, though, you won’t b♌e pushed back to the start of the jump quest, just to the last activated orb.
DTI Valentine’s Day Quest Reward
Once you’ve made it to the end, you’ll be freed from The Fortress and earn a cutscene where Nurse Julie is freed from her possession. If you playe🍸d the Halloween Quest, you’ll likely rememb🐼er her as the nurse who stalked you as you looked for map pieces. She’s now free of the possession, and it’s implied that she and Lana reunite and become a couple.
Not only have youꩲ saved Nurse Julie, you’ll also be given an exclusive dress for your hard work. Head back to any normal server, and at the dressing room, you can find this new top and skirt.
Both♔ the top and skirt have several toggles to play around with and are particularly good for layering with 💟other pieces.
