How to complete the La Llorona challenge in BitLife

Things take a dark turn here.

The La Llorona challenge in BitLife is an unfortunate tale of someone who finds out their partner is cheating on them. Rather than letting things play out naturally, your character will take matters into her own hands💎 before raising a family.

BitLife La Llorona challenge guide

BitLife’s La Llorona challenge has five tasks to complete:

  • Be born a female in Mexico
  • Divorce a cheating husband
  • Strangle your cheating ex-husband
  • Adopt two children
  • Cry at your cheating ex-husband’s grave

This challenge involves a lot of luck, particularly with the second task. You may have to retry this challenge a few times, especially if your character has several partners who don’t end up cheating.

The first 𒁏task of this challenge involves being born a female in Mexico. This one is simple: You just need to create a character whose starting gender is female and whose home country is Mexico. The exact city is entirely up to personal preference.

Your beginning stats also won’t significantly influence the rest of this challenge. However, you will need to make enough money to adopt two children, so be prepared for that.

Divorce and strangle a cheating husband

Once your character is old enough to date, find a male romantic partner and start dating them. Focus on partners with high craziness, as t꧃his tends to ﷽increase their odds of cheating.

After some time, you can either propose to him and get married or wait for him to initiate it. Either way, getting married in your character’s early adult life will make this process easier.

Once you get married, age up and see if they cheat. Usually, if your relationship is somewhat low and you don’t engage in romantic activities with your partner, their odds of cheating increase slightly. Aside from that, it’s mostly luck-based.

At least in BitLife, you’ll know your partner is cheating when you see a pop-up describing the situation. More often than not, your character will find physical evidence of it or a dating app profile revealing the other person’s intentions. Regardless of how it happens, divorce them immediately after to knock out the next task. From here, you can go into Activities, Crime, and Murder before strangling them.

There’s a chance your strangling attempt will fail. In rare cases, he’ll retaliate and kill off your character. If this happens, you can use the Time Machine and try again. Try not to get arrested, as that’ll eliminate your chances of adopting children later unless you emigrate to another country.

Adopt two children

After you handle your ex-husband, it’s time to adopt some children. Typically, adopting a child costs around $10,000 and requires owning a house, so you’ll need to make some money one way or another. I just worked for a few years until I could afford it, but BitLife offers plenty of ways to get rich.

Once you buy a house and make some money, adopt two children to complete this task. Having two children with high behavior stats will make your life slightly easier, but it isn’t required for this challenge.

Cry at your ex-husband’s grave

The final task of this challenge is to cry at your cheating ex-husband’s grave. To do this, head into relationships, choose their profile, and mourn their death. Doing this is synonymous with crying at their grave, making it the right call for this particular objective.

Once you handle every task involving your character’s cheating husband, you’ll officially complete the La Llorona challenge in BitLife.
