The Orca Migration Hunt Event is the main piece of content in Fisch, as you can catch the majestic beasts.
Different variations of Orca has been added to the game, along with the Oil Rig location. Let’s take a look at how you can participate and complete the event in Fisch.
How to start Orca Migration Hunt Event in Fisch
To begin the Orca Migration Hunt Event, you’ll have to wait for it to begin. It’s a server event that will take place randomly, and you’ll get a notification when it has begun. Once the event is live, go to the Arch POI, as this is the location from where the Orcas start their migration. If you have GPS, just move to the following coordinates (XYZ: 1100, 133, -1200).
You’ll want to fish in an area where the Orcas are located, so be careful about the boundary of the region.
Best conditions and baits for Orca Migration Hunt Event in Fisch
There are𝓡 three types of Orcas you can come across in these Migration events. They can spawn at any given server time, but the preferred baits will help you to increase your ܫchances of success.
Fish | Rarity | Weather | Time | Season | Preferred Bait |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Orca | Legendary | None | None | None | Shark Head |
Albine Orca | Legendary | None | None | None | Shark Head |
Ancient Orca | Secret | None | None | None | Shark Head |
It goes without saying that the Ancient Orca is the hardest one to get, thanks to its secret nature. In fact, you’ll be relying largely on you luck to catch all three types. Firstly, you’ll have to hope that the Orca Migration Hunt Event triggers on your server. Each migration event will be restricted to a single type of Orca.
Interestingly, you can also visit the Oil Rig as the new POI has been added to Fisch. So far, it has a few NPCs including Dr. Glimmerfin, but nothing more. If you’re yet to fully enjoy last week’s Atlantis update, make su💝re to check out the full bestiary to catch all the species.
