inZOI is a life simulation game, which means that your Zois will inevitably run into the same sorts of hiccups and general life problems that humans do as well, like getting sick. If your Zoi is coughing non-stop in inZOI, here’s how you can deal with it.

Why is your Zoi coughing in inZOI?

If you find that your Zoi keeps breaking into coughing fits in inZOI, that’s a surefire sign that they’ve caught a cold and fallen ill. There are a few causes for sickness in the game, as listed below:

• Being out in the rain without a raincoat
• Being underdressed for cold weather
• Not getting enough sleep

Even if you’ve been taking good care of your Zoi’s health, there’s always a small chance of falling ill anyway. It’s unavoidable. The good news is that there’s an easy fix for this.

How to cure Zoi coughing with a first-aid kit

If your Zoi is having coughing fits, you can cure their cold with a first-aid kit. First-aid kits can be purchased for 100 Meow Coins, and you can find them by going into Build Mode at home, choosing the Hobbies tab under Furniture, and clicking on the Props section. You can also just type “first-aid kit” into the search bar if you’re having trouble finding it.

Put the first-aid kit anywhere in your home, then have your Zoi interact with it. If they’re sick, they’ll give themselves the necessary treatment from the kit, and they’ll get better in no time at all.

Alternatively, if you don’t have the money to buy it, you can also use a first-aid kit in certain public places. Most workplaces should have them, and when your Zoi goes to work, keep an eye out for first-aid kits on the counter or near the pantry.

How to prevent Zois from falling sick

As I mentioned earlier, falling sick is unavoidable, but you can reduce your chances of getting ill by taking good care of your Zoღis. The most important thing is to make sure your Zois are always dressed appropriately for the weather.

When it’s raining, click on your Zoi and have them put on a raincoat if you plan to go out. And when the seasons change and it gets colder, make sure to dress them up in appropriate clothing, such as a jacket or a coat. You can do this by clicking on your Zoi and having them change into their cold-weather wear. If you don’t take care of your Zoi’s health, it’s possible for them to die of sickness and bring down your city’s karma, so be mindful of that.
