Mysterious Ring Ruins have appeared in Kakariko Village in Tears of the Kingdom. For most of the game, the Ring Ruins hovering above Kakariko Village’s entrance cannot be approached, as Calip is standing guard in front of it. When Link is finally given access, he still has to figure out how to get into the Ring Ruins and uncover their secrets.

This guide will explain how to enter the Ring Ruins in Tears of the Kingdom.

How to Enter the Ring Ruins in Tears of the Kingdom

The Ring Ruins can only be entered once the four Regional Phenomena have been sorted out. This will trigger the “Secrets of the Ring Ruins” quest which has Link traveling back to Kakariko Village. One portion of the Ring Ruins has no entrance, and the researchers don’t want to damage it just to get in. Fortunately, with a little clever thinking, Link can help them out.

The Ring Ruins hover high, so a little climbing is necessary🏅 to get close to them. Luckily, there are some💃 stairs and wooden platforms beneath the floating stones. Use them to climb onto the bottom portion of the Ring Ruins. At the top of the bottom portion of the Ring Ruins, there is a wooden platform. Climb onto it and stand under the floating Ring Ruin segment hovering above.

From this point, use Ascend to get into the Ring Ruin and Link will finally be in it! To complete the “Secrets of the Ring Ruins” quest, take a picture of the writing on the stone slab within and show it to Tauro.

For players who have yet to complete the four Regional Phenomena, four other ruins have fallen in Kakariko. Find the four stone slabs they hold and report to Bugut to complete the “A Trip Through History” quest and get a reward.
