How to get and use Might Crystals in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom

Small yet mighty

While echoes are the primary weapon in Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, the Princess of Hyrule is still able to use her swordfighter form to fight with the classics like a sword, a♕ bow, and more. However, in order to get the most out of the swordfighter form, you’re going to need plenty of Might Crystals.

Might Crystals will first appear as a reward for mending the rift in Suthorn Village. Once you and Tri defeat the boss, you’ll get some for your inventory. From there on, you’ll be able to find these crystals all over Hyrule, but most of them come from mending rifts and completing dungeons.

These can be large rifts that are part of the main storyline, o🍸r they can be the smaller optional rifts scattered around. You’ll get the most from the main questline, but mending any rift at all will give you more Might Crystals than other ways.

Besides mending rifts, you can also find Might Crystals in chests, under suspicious rocks, and as rewards for side quests. While sometimes you will get a stack of them, typically finding them in chests or under rocks will only give you one. Here are some side quests t🉐hat give you two if you’re having trouble getting more:

  • Elusive Tumbleweeds (Gerudo Town)
  • Impa’s Gift (Hyrule Castle)
  • From the Heart (Hyrule Castletown)
  • Glide Path Trailblazer (Eldin Volcano)

There is no one specific location in Hyrule that contains Might Crystals, so be sure ﷺto hunt for them wherever you go.

How to use Might Crystals and upgrade swordfighter form

Might Crystals are the main met🦄hod of upgrading Zelda’s swordfighter form. When you first unlock this form after defeating Link’s echo and picking up his sword, the sword will be weak and you can only transform for a short period of time. Might Crystals upgrade this♉ for you, with two uses:

  • Increasing the swordfighter form duration
  • Increasing the strength of your weapons in swordfighter form

You’ll need to head to Lueburry’s home near Suthorn Village to make these upgrades, which the main quest will direct you to. Lueburry will also tell you informatꩵion about Link, who Zelda doesn’t kn🌌ow when you first meet the old man. He’s been providing the weapons to the missing hero, and now upgrades to you.

There is no one else who can upgrade your swordfighter form for you, so be sure to activate the warp point near Lueberry’s home for easy fast travel
