How to get Frostallion Noct in Palworld

The dark version is better

Within the Palworld Paldeck, th🍸ere are some Pals who are simply more sought after than other♎s. Whether they’re pretty to look at, stronger than usual, or simply come with better skills, perhaps none is more sought after than Frostallion Noct.

However, PocketPair hasn’t made it easy on us. There is no way to get this Pal from the wild. It doesn’t appear in Dungeons as an Alpha Pal, and it can only be b🥃red for the first time using one specific pair of parents, one of which is, predictably, the level 50 Frostallion.

How to breed Frostallion Noct

There’s only one pair of Pals that can be bred together in order to get Frostallion Noct — Frostallion and Helzephyr.

Once you’ve bred your first couple of opposite-sex Frostallion Nocts, you can then use them to easily breed further Pals of the same breed.

To get your first Frostallion Noct, though, you’ll need the two pals mentioned above. Once you’ve assigned them to your Breeding Farm, you can sit back and let the magic happen, but let’s look at how to get them before we even contemplate how this bizarre pairing would logically work.

Where to get Frostallion

Frostallion only appears ꦫon the map as a level 50 Legendary Alpha Pal, so you’re going to have to grind for some levels before you can realistically hope to capture it.

Frostallion can be found in the Northernmost part of the map, way♛ up in the Astral Mountains.

If you’re looking to fight this incredibly tough beast, I suggest taking a fair number of high-level fire-type Pals into battle with you, stocking up on ammunition, and making sure you’ve got plenty of Legendary Spheres with you to m🍨aximize your chances of capturing it.

Frost🔯allion itself cannot be bred until you’ve got yourself two Frostalli🌞ons.

Where to get Helzephyr

Once you’ve got Frostallion, or probably before considering the vast level difference, you’ll want to get your h🍌ands on a Helzephyr, preferably one of each gender, to account for all possibilities once you finally manage to capture Frostallion.

Helzephy🥀r is a nocturnal Pal, so you’re going to ♚have to head out in the dark of night if you have any hope of capturing it.

When you do venture out, head for the Ancient Ritual Site fast-travel statue, and y🥂ou’ll find Helzephyr hovering 🎉around in the area. It’s hard to miss with its neon glow and fairly easy to capture using basic Pal Spheres.

Alternatively, if you want to breed Helzephyr, tha𒁃t can easily be done by pairing up Cryolinx and Lyleen.

Frostallion Noct’s Partner Skill

Frostallion Noct’s Partner Skill is called “Black Steed. ” It turns all attacks dealt by the player into Dark-type attacks and boosts the Dark-type attacks performed by Frostallion Noct itself while mounted. In order to use this Partner Skill, you will need to craft Frostallion Noct’s Saddle, which unlocks at level 48 and costs 5 Technology Points.

To make a Frostallion Noct Saddle, you’ll need the following resources:

Frostallion Noct’s Work Suitability

One of the major benefits of getting your hands on a Frostallion Noct is that it’s currently the best Gathering Pal available with an impressive level 4 Gathering Skill. This can also be improved by condensing Frostallion Nocts at the Pal Condenser, but you’ll need to breed at least 116 Frostallion Nocts in order to achieve this.

The high-level Gathering Skill of Frostallion Noct will allow your resources to be gathered on base much quicker, reducing clutter an🔯d ensuring that you always have resources in storage when you need them.
