The Arhat Gold Piece can be obtained after defeating the First Prince of Flowing Sands boss by the Valley of Despair Shrine. During the fight, you do have to bait him to destroy the wall w✤ith all the praying monks.

It’s rather easy to have the First Prince attack 🍸this area of the arena since he’s very aggressive and tackles you everywh♔ere you go. Just make sure that during the fight, he doesn’t pin you against the wall and kill you.
