How to solve all Whim Tangrams in Infinity Nikki

As part of the Fireworks Season update to Infinity Nikki, a bunch of new conteܫnt has been added, including main quests, random quests, and even some side tasks that are easy to overlook. The New Bloom Festival is now active, and one of its events is the Whim Tangram Event. 

The Whim Tangram Event is a lime-locked event with a new puzzle unlocking every two ✅days while the event is active. The first of these Tangrams is available to complete as soon as you log in after January 23, 2025, with others unlocking every two days after that. 

Here’s everything you need to know about Tangrams, and how to solve them in Infinity Nikki.

What is a Tangram?

A Tangram is a type of traditional Chinese puzzle composed of seven uniquely shaped pieces, called Tans, that♍ must be formed into a given outline. These range in difficulty from easy to generally infuriating, and are a good way to boost brain power and critical thinking.&nbs✤p;

It makes sense that they would feature in Infinity Nikki, because the game is developed and run by Chin🍸e🧸se developer Papergames. 

How to find and solve Tangrams in Infinity Nikki

Tangrams are marked on the map using the same icon as other minigames, but🍷 hovering over them will reveal that they are indeed Whim Tangrams. 

The first Tangram (and likely the three ones that unlock as time progresses) is available to complete upo꧃n talking to Qiao He, who is located on the large ship docked to the south of Florawish. She’ll give a brief overview of Tangrams, and then invite you to take on the challenge of completing them. 

You’ll be given an outline shape, and seven Tans around the board that must be placed to entirely fill the outline with no overlap. Clicking on a Tan will pick it up, and then you can move it wherever you like before letting go of the mouse button, and place it down by pressing “Place” in the bottom rightಌ corner.&nbs🐻p;

Above “Place,” there’s a “Rotate” button. While some Tangrams come with rules that prevent the rotation of Tans, those in Infinity Nikki do not have this rule. Use the “Rotate” button as much as🐭 you like ไto make sure all of the Tans fit, completing the image. 

Remember, Tangrams are designed so that there are multiple different ways to arrange the Tans and fill the shape, so there ar🌺e multiple solutions for each Tangram.

Rewards for completing Whim Tangrams in Infinity Nikki

For completing each Tangram in Infinity Nikki, you’ll be rewarded with the following basic resources:

• Diamonds
• Shining Particles
• Bling

But the main reason to complete the Tangrams is the additional, event-limited Flower Lanterns. This i💟tem can be placed into any water, allowing you to create a romantic scene for photo 🍌opportunities or simply to enjoy the ambiance.

If you want additional Flower Lanterns, they can als🐟o be purchased for 100 Bling each while the event is live (until February 25) from Zhuo Hua on the dock close to the boat where the Tangrams can be completed.
