Whenever you encounter a wild spirit, instead of selecting attack skills, choose the Feed option and offer them the appropriate item. By doing this, you can easily tame any wild spiri♐ts in the game. 

Once you have successfully tamed a spirit, it will be stꩲored within your Medallion. Initially, the Medallion can hold up to three spirits, so choose wisely when selecting which ones to keep.
