How to get Mark of the Survivor camo in MW3

The Mark of the Survivor camo is a prize for those who can complete the Unstable Rift in MW3 Zombies. This is no easy task, as it requires players to open the rift with the obelisks and survive all five waves of excruciating zombie hordes. To prepare for this thrilling adventure, the RGL-80 launcher is your best bet. It’s a powerhouse in MW3 Zombies, capable of wiping out n𒊎umer𝓡ous zombies with its explosive grenades.

The Unstable Rift provides various upgrades for your weapons, gear, and perks. Thus, you don’t need to worry too much about gathering materials in-game. However, specific ammo mods are still recommended, as they activate the three obelisks (turn it on and then kill the zombies within its radius). If you need more help finding these structures, check out our guide on how to open the Unstable Rift.

Once you’ve entered the rift, it’s time for an all-out battle. This includes almost endless zombie hordes and mini-bosses like Mimics. While solo rounds can be extremely brutal, a team can make this venture more manageable. I also suggest saving any Killstreaks for the last wave, considering it is the most challenging out of the five. You’ll likely receive them from the Reward Rift, providing you with Sentry Guns and Cluster Mines.

MW3’s Mark of the Survivor camo will unlock after completing the fifth round, where a notification should appear. Insured weapons and schematics cooldowns will also be reduced if you want another go-round with a Zombies challenge. You can then equip your new camo via the Events section of Gunsmith’s camo.
