Life is Strange: Double Exposure will be released on Oct. 29, 2024, just in time for Halloween. Like the original game, you’ll play as Max and explore a new parallel timeline. Decipher the mystery behind the character Safi’s death by looking through both realities: one where she’s alive and one where she’s been murdered.

for Life is Strange: Double Exposure are now open, offering a range of exciting options. The Standard, Deluxe, Ultimate, and Collector’s Editions are all available here. The Deluxe Edition comes with a thrilling bonus: a Spooky Outfit and Decades Outfit Pack.

The Ultimate Edition takes it a step further with additional content, including a Fan Favorite Outfit, Paw Prints Cat Outfit, Final Fantasy VII Outfit, and Exclusive Cat Content Packs. Life is Strange: Double Exposure will be released on various platforms, such as Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC. It will be available upon l💙aunch on these devices, with more expected to come later.

The Xbox Games Showcase 2024 revealed an Announcement Trailer for Life is Strange: Double Exposure. In the video, we see a more grown-up, Max Ca✃ulfield, as a photographer for Ca🏅ledon University.

Compared to the original Life is Strange, Double Exposure ups the ante in terms of graphics. Max’s character design, especially, has much more detail, making her seem more lifelike.

In addition to the Announcement Trailer, a Life is Strange: Double Exposure is🉐 on its way. Look forward to the event on June 13 at 9 a.m. PT/5 p.m. BST/6 p.m. CET.

Is Life is Strange: Double Exposure a sequel?

Given that the game is a continuation of Max’s story, it is assumed that Life is Strange: Double Exposure is a sequel. However, the site states that it is a “standalone experience.” That means you don’t need any knowledge of the original, and they may offer a potential recap of the events that transpired before.

Even though it’s a standalone game, it’ll likely feature plenty of callbacks to Life is Strange. We already got some hints of this in the trailer when Max mentions that she made a promise never to 𓃲use her powers again. This, of course, refers back to the original when she harnessed her ability to time shift.

Is Chloe in Life is Strange: Double Exposure?

Many LiS fans have wondered about Chloe Price’s whereabouts, as she is not mentioned in the trailer. As of right now, it isn’t clear if Chloe will reappear in Life is Strange: Double Exposure. We can hope that she will make her return to th🏅e game or get s⛄ome clarification about her current standings.

While we don’t know about Chloe’s fate in Double Exposure, she was at least mentioned in LiS 2 and True Colors’ Wavelengths. The same thing could be done for her again in this new entry, but we’ll need to wait and see.
