Move over, Florida Man, we’re getting intentional weirdos. According to the Russian-government-owned news publication , a Siberian man is suing Bethesda and its Russian localization crew over his addiction to Fallout 4, which cost him his job and his wife.

The 28-year-old is seeking 500,000 roubles ($7,000) for emotional distress. He did not know Fallout 4, which he noticed on an advertisement and downloaded on his PC, would “become so addictive.” Over a three week period he ceased showing up for work and got fired, ignored his friends and loved ones until his wife left him, and stopped sleeping or eating regularly.

Not as bad as the poor dude who got hit by a car while playing Fallout 4.

“If I knew that this game could have become so addictive, I would have become a lot more wary of it. I would not have bought it, or I would have left it until I was on holiday or until the New Year holidays,” the man said in a statement,

Wildly, Russia is not the first to do this. In 2010 a US federal judge sided with a Hawaiian man who said was addicted to Lineage II (he had over 20,000 hours in the game). Developer NCsoft had to pay his legal fees. Over on the other side of the world, RT says the law firm is using this as a test case to “see how far we can go” regarding this issue. If you don’t like it go to Russia.
