Mario & Luigi: Brothership is carrying on AlphaDream’s legacy

I’d recognize that Luigi design anywhere. As part of today’s Nintendo Direct, Mario & Luigi Brothership was announced. It has a November 7, 2024 rꩵ♋elease date.

They point out that this is the first new Mario & Luigi in almost 9 years. It’s also the 🐬first one since AlphaDream filed for bankruptcy. So, that’s kind of sad. Here’s t♓he trailer:

It shows off a lot of staples of the series. Both Mario and Luigi, for example. There are action commands in its battles that take the form 💜of little mini-games. There’s also some great looking platforming. The environments look nice.

I’m going to be real: I have never completed a Mario & Luigi game. This isn’t really important to say because I don’t think they’re bad, they just don’t jive with me. I’ve played a few, and nope, none of them have clicked. In any case, I’m mostly just wondering if any o♚f AlphaDream’s staff are working on it.
