In a short, rather bland announcement, Maxis its next project: The Sims 4. It’s due out on Windows and Mac next year, and that’s about all we know at this time. I mean, it is The Sims — not like folks need much of anything to go on at this point. You will simulate your friends, let them die in cruel ways, and then Maxis will put out a bunch of expansions for years to come. We know the drill by now.
