Monster Hunter Wilds’ first major update to feature challenging beasts and a new social hub

Although Monster Hunter Wilds is still in its early stages, a major update is already set to arrive this April, bringing a new wave 🦄of monsters and a Hunter hub.

The update, known as ‘Title Update 1,’ introduces an all-new beast that goes a step above the Tempered type. Temp🍸ered monster꧙s have earned a fearsome reputation among Monster Hunter players, relentlessly testing Hunters with their sheer power and unforgiving difficulty. Given how brutally challenging these creatures are, it’s almost impossible to fathom just how monstrous this upcoming beast will be.

The Leviathan, Mizutsune, will be one of the new monsters added to the update, as it was previously teased for a . This creature was introduced in Monster Hunter Generations, emitting soapy bubbles to deal damage.

While the upcoming battle will undoubtedly test your limits, you’ll have a much-needed escape in Title Update 1’s social hub. This fresh new area invites you to relax and unwind with fellow Hunters, swapping stories and sharing hearty meals after a tough hunt. However, to gain access to this exclusive feature, you’ll need to finish the main campaign, so it’s a good idea to dive into your adventure immediately to be ready for what’s to come. Having experienced Monster Hunter Wilds firsthand, I highly recommend focusing on the main storyline fi♔rst, which helps open the door to side quests galore.

Before the Title Update 1 announcement, we got a 🐻look into a roadmap featuring new Event Quests for Spring and Summer. You can bet that there will be an additional batch of monsters to take on, stirring up the challenge even more.
