Planet of the Discounts, Games Under $15, and Add-On Deals are running through July 21
PlayStation Store sale season is in full effect right now with three major PS4 and PS5 game sales running through July 21, 2021. If you’re in the mood to spend:
The first promo has my attention with a few hundred games, some of which are recent, though I do appreciate the chance to save on DLC that’s difficult to justify at full price (Dead by Daylight), and you know I love 🌞a good flawed gem plucke𒆙d from the bargain bin.
After scanning through the Planet of the Discounts list, I’ve got some picks.
- ($29.69) — if you want to go all-in on The Ancient Gods Part One and Two, especially with the PS5 upgrade out now.
- ($41.99) — if you’re tempted by the Devil Rocker and Matriarch jobs. Includes both PS4 and PS5 editions.
- ($4.99), ($4.99), ($9.99), ($9.99), ($9.99), ($9.99), ($4.99) — look, I put Yakuza in the headline for a reason!
- ($9.99) and ($9.99) — half-price for Nightdive Studios’ remasters.
- ($38.99) and the Digital Deluxe Edition ($45.49) — in case you’re specifically looking for a digital deal and skipped the physical sales.
- ($35.99) — I feel weird recommending this one, but I’d feel even weirder about someone paying $70 for the game.
- ($9.99) — Media Molecule is doing some in this game.
- ($19.99) — a spot-on price for the main game and DLC.
- ($4.99) — I skipped the first Unravel and had a fantastic time with the sequel’s co-op. Highly recommended.
- ($4.99) — there’s enough love for this tactical stealth game that, despite missing it, I’ve gotta share a shout-out.
- ($9.74) — do you think it’ll ever be delisted?
- ($7.99) — love these sunny city streets.
- ($15.99) and ($19.79) — pair them for the best result.
- ($5.99) — ludicrous open-world carnage that mostly holds up.
- ($20.99) — a high-def-as-hell hack & slash arcade game with co-op.
Wild card deals you might be super into:
- ($29.99)
- ($12.49)
- ($14.99)
- ($9.99)
- ($14.99)
- ($4.99)
- ($19.99)
Again, I focused on just one PlayStation Store sale, and there are two others that might serve you better, so follow your gut. I always feel like I’m taking a shotgun approach, but that’s sort of how it goes. We all get to the games we get to when we’re good and ready.
