Rock Band 3 gets fancy vocal-correcting tech

I’ve got perfect pitch and the voice of an angel, but the reality is, everyone who steps up to the microphone to play Rock Band is not me. That’s where iZotope technology comes in.

Besides just being a silly name that my word processor keeps trying to auto-correct to “isotope,” the technology will offer real-time pitch detection and pitching shifting in Rock Band 3. The res✃ult: making more people sound like they can carry a tune by assisting them in their road to roc🐻k superstardom.
