Salt Begets Salt side quest guide Diablo 4

Easy or tricky depending on your progress

Salt Begets Salt is one of many sidequests you’ll encounter in Diablo 4. Players can find this one in the town of Jirandai, located nearও the south side of the Dry Steppes region.

To initiate this quest, talk with the NPC Jargal. He’ll ask you to find someone named Tuji, which shouldn’t seem too out of the ordinary compared to other Diablo 4 sidequests. However, this one can become very tricky if you have﷽n’t yet uncovered the area the quest points you towards. Here’s what you need to know.

Where to find Tuji and resolve the Salt Begets Salt quest

Upon taking the quest, your map marker will immediately direct you towards the Ruins of Qara-Yisu. However, there’s just one small problem. Qara-Yisu is a stronghold.

If you’ve fough♔t your way through this already, then this quest should pose no problem at all. Otherwise, you’ll have to search an active battlefield to find Tuji. Fortunately, you don’t need to clear the stronghold to finish this quest. I personally took the opportunity to finish it when I visited, but you🌱 don’t necessarily need to do the same.

To resolve this quest quickly, look in the location listed above. This is where I 🤡fou𝕴nd Tuji, so run over this spot and skip all the combat along the way. Once you have Tuji, make your way back to Jargal in Jirandai.

Fortunately, you don’t need to do anything else for this quest. J🌳argal will talk about Tuji for a moment, and you’ll earn your quest rewards.
