Jujutsu Infinite has something major in store for the players in the form of a Winter Update,? and the developers have made some exciti??ng reveals so far.

The sneak peeks until now have been exclusive to ??the game's official Discord server, and the upcoming update could be a huge set of content releases. It will have something for beginners and veterans alike, including a new boss themed around ??the festive season.

Here are all the important information that the developers have revealed. Always remember that the actual content could be different in Jujutsu Infinite.

Jujutsu Infinite Winter Update release date

As of writing on January 8, we are yet to get a concrete release date. The developers have remained tight-lipped about the release date on the offic?ial Discord server. If I have to make an educated guess, it could be rele??ased after the second week of January. We will update the release date once we have confirmation from the developers.

Jujutsu Infinite Winter Update Santa boss

If you have already reached player level 420, chances are that you have completed all the Boss Raids at least once. A new Santa boss is going to be added to Jujutsu Infinite as part of the Winter Up??date. This boss is going to drop time-limited items, which are going t??o be required for the Exchange Event.

The developers have revealed the moveset of the new boss, and he could be a tough challenge to face. Do note that there's still work left in ?the development phase, and some of it is yet to be revealed ??to the public.

Jujutsu Infinite Winter Update Exchange event

The Exchange Event is expected to arrive during the second part of the Winter Update, and not much information is available about it.?? All we know is that there will be a minigame, and you'll be able t?o farm an exclusive currency from it.

Additionally, the Winter Update will also have a few new items. These items are present in the Sandbox mode, but we will have more concrete information once they're?? added to the full game.

• Turbo Mask
• Festive Top
• Festive Pants
• Festive Hat
• New title: Snow Angel

All of them have ce??rtain stats and descriptions about their in-game effects, but they're subject to change upon full release.

Jujutsu Infinite Winter Update changes

The Winter Update will also have some major changes to how few features work in Jujutsu Infinite.

• All forms of level lock will be removed from Domain Shard, Maximum Scroll, and Special Grade weapon. If you're lucky enough to get it early from a chest, you'll be able to use it whenever you want.
• Removal of level requirements for playing Boss Raids at higher difficulty.
• Harder bosses will be having higher Unique drop rates. Drop rates, in general, will be buffed to make it more rewarding for the players.
• Limited-time skills and items (already mentioned above).
• More QoL changes.

It will be interesting to see how much the upc??oming Winter Update manages to improve Jujutsu Infinite and whether the Santa boss will be able to excite the community.

In Jujutsu Infinite, one of the many Innate Techniques that you can use is called Star Rage, and is one of the most powerful although rare techniques in the game. Here is how you can get the Star Rage Innate Technique in Jujutsu Infinite and how best to use it.

How to get Star Rage

The only way to get the Star Rage Innate Technique is to roll it when choosing your Innates from the main s?creen. Unfortunately, Star Rage is a Special Grade Innate Technique which means there is only a 0.25% chance of obtaining it while spinning, which means that with normal luck you will spin a Special Grade every 1 in 400 spins. However, since there are six Special Grades in total, you will need to be even luckier because it's random which one you get. This means if you get lucky and spin a Special Grade Innate Technique, you then have a 1 in 6 chance of getting Star Rage.

• Infinity and Star Rage - This is the overall highest damage output Innate Technique combo in all of Jujutsu Infinite. Both Innate Techniques also have hard-hitting maximums and domains, giving you plenty of viability to change things up. This is essentially a glass cannon nuke combo that will melt most bosses in Jujutsu Infinite. If you have other Innate Technique slots unlocked, pair this combo with Curse Queen or Ratio.
• Curse Queen and Infinity - Infinity is arguably the best Innate Technique in Jujutsu Infinite, so don't be surprised to see it so often. By combining it with Curse Queen, you get access to Jacob's Ladder, the powerful maximum for Curse Queen. With this Innate Technique combo, you are major force to be reckoned with inside Domain Expansion.
• Curse Queen and Star Rage - I don't think this combo is quite as good as the previous two, but it's close. With Curse Queen you'll get access to the powerful Jacob's Ladder maximum, but by taking Star Rage over Infinity, you also have access to Celestial Opera Domain Expansion. This makes this Innate Technique combo a powerful one worth using.

As you can see, a good rule of thumb is using two of three of these Innate Techniques to create a powerful combo: Curse Queen, Infinity, and Star Rage. Any combination will be extremely powerful as these are the best Innate Technique combos in all of Jujutsu Infinite.

While t?echnically not the best, there are still some extremely powerful options outside of the above combos, as long as you have at least either the Curse Queen, Infinite, or Star Rage Innate Technique. In fact, you can pair any of them with one of these four Innate Techniques to create a strong combo that can compete with the best:

The superiority, however, will depend on how well you can utilize the advanced concepts like chanting and Maximum Techniques. Let's look at how to chant in Jujutsu Infinite and what its best use scenario is.

Jujutsu Infinite chanting, explained

When you're just getting started in Jujutsu Infinite, you can't chant. This doesn't depend on your technique, as you'll need to unlock chant??ing from the skill tree. When you open the skill tree, go to the Technique Stat tree.

First, activate Technique Awaken and repeat the process for the next two nodes. This will allow you to access the Chanting node, which you can activate by using 40 Stat Points. But that's not all when it ?comes to chanting since you'll also need to fill your focus bar.

To do this, go to the Focus tab at the bottom of your screen and activate Focus Awaken. This will allow you to access your Focus bar. To chant, you'll need to attack enemies till the focus bar is filled. Once you have a sufficient amount, it will be shown by a b??ar growing in blue color.

Hit your right mouse button and then press the required key assigned to the skill that you can chant. The available skill will be highlighted in purple, and you can only perform that specific option. To get more options, keep filling the Focus bar as much as possible before chanting one of? your skills.

You can also chant your Maximum Technique if that's available for your build. Only a few Innate Techniques have an available Maximum in the first place, but the chanting method is pretty similar. Instead of pressi??ng the Right Mouse Button, you press the left mouse button and then select the assigned button for your Maximum.

The other option is the Curse Market, but again, it all boils down to your lu??ck. Once you use this parti?cular Lotus, you can only get Special Grade items from your next chest. Use this item only if you're desperate to get something extremely rare from your next chest.

While there's a chance you'll get rare items from this investigation, Cursed School Keys can help you craft what you're loo??king f??or if you get unlucky.

Where to find Cursed School Key in Jujutsu Infinite

Cursed School Keys are items that drop during Cursed School investigation raids. After reaching at least level 60, the Cursed School Investigation raid will be the first you unlock,?????????????????????????? with these keys available as a potential drop.

The main point of investigations is to allow you to explore various regions in Jujutsu Infinite and complete tasks ranging from col??lecting cursed items to defeating enemies. ?You'll also encounter minibosses that can catch you off guard if you're not prepared for them, who'll drop chests containing Cursed School Keys and other rewards.

As you complete a Cursed School Investigation, you'll open chests that contain? various items, ranging from these keys to special weapons and armor if you're lucky. If you finish an entire raid, you'll encounter several chests, giving you multiple opportunities to obtain the keys, weapons, or armor you're looking for. You'll find the exact percentage chances of obtaining these items in the investigation's lobby menu.

However, crafting high-tier equipment from?? this raid requires obtaining hundreds of Cursed School keys, so be prepared to do some farming.

How to use Cursed School Key in Jujutsu Infinite

The main purpose of Cursed ?School Key is to craft items like the Dragon Bone and Electric Staff weapons alongside various armor pieces. Below is every Cursed School crafting recipe and their costs:

In particular, Dragon Bone is the item you want to go for first, as it's considered one of the best weapons in Jujutsu Infinite for i?ts versatility and AOE Guard Break attacks. While it may not quite stack up to the Inverted Spear of Heaven or Vengeance, it's still wor??th picking up if you want to try a new powerful sword.

The other items are also solid, even if they're overshadowed by those you unlock from Eerie Farm and the Det??ention Center later in your playthrough. However, these two areas require reaching levels 240 and 300, respectively, so you'll need some time with lower-level weapons before diving ?into these late-game raids.

Alongside the Cursed School Key from the first Investigation raid you unlock at level 60, you can also venture into other investigations as you advance further in Jujutsu Infinite. Here's every Investigation, ??their keys, and ?level requirements:

• Cursed School Key (Lvl 60): Drops from the Cursed School Investigation.
• Yasohachi Bridge Key (Lvl 120): Drops from the Yasohachi Bridge Investigation.

How to get a Sapphire Lotus

There are currently two w??ays to obtain a Sapphire Lotus in Jujutsu Infinite: as a random drop from? opening Mission Chests or via the Curse Market. Each time you complete a set of three missions in Jujutsu Infinite you will receive Chests which you can open simply by holding the 'E' key when looking at them. Inside the chest is five randomly generated pieces of loot, which can include the Sapphire Lotus. Unfortunately, there's no way of forcing the Sapphire Lotus to be a drop in your chest, so there's not much you can do to affect it.

The other way to obtain Sapphire Lotus is to head to the Curse Market at Jujutsu High. At this NPC you can interact with him to open up a window with various exchanges, one of which i?s the Sapphire Lotus. For example, in the screenshot above, I am able to trade one Heavenly Chains, an item that drops off the Sorcerer Killer Boss, for a single Sapphire Lotu??s. This is a good opportunity for players who have no need for the Heavenly Chains item, and therefore can improve the quality of the loot from their next chest with the Sapphire Lotus instead.

Obtaining the Inverted Spear of Heaven is slightly more manageable in Jujutsu Infinite as it's not a Special Grade tier i??tem. Still, you'll have to larg?ely rely on your luck, but less so than you might think. One of the easiest ways to obtain this weapon is from the Curse Market.

Once you tal?k with the Curse Market NPC, he will show you all the available trades. If you're lucky, the Inverted Spear of Heaven ?will be on the list, and you can acquire it by exchanging resources from your inventory. Unfortunately, the availability is completely random, and your best bet is to check the market regularly.

Another way to obtain this item is by picking it up from on the map, but there's no set location. The weapon spawns randomly on the map, so your only op?tion is to find it as you're exploring the map. If you have the Notifier Game Pass, that will certainly help. It will pinpoint the location of the weapon when it spawns on the map. But the Game Pass re?quires you to spend real-life money on Robux, and quite a lot. If you don't have the Game Pass, you'll have to hope to get lucky when exploring the map.

Is the Inverted Spear of Heaven worth using in Jujutsu Infinite

The Inverted Spear of Heaven might not be outright broken, but it's still extremely potent in both PvE and PvP. The weapon offers three strong attacks, and they can both break guards and inflict bleeding damage. Its abi??lity to bypass invincibility frames will prove to be substantial against stronger enemies.

If you can equip the Inverted Spear of Heaven with Playful Cloud and Split Soul, the weapon will hit its true potential. Even without the be??st possible build, this weapon certainly packs a punch until you ?can replace it with the very best options in the endgame.

Demon Vessel moves in Jujutsu Infinite

The Demon Vessel technique offers the following moves??.

• Cleave: Jump and slash where the cursor points, and helpful in breaking Guards.
• Dismantle: AoE attack that slashes enemies near the players.
• Domain Expansion (Malevolent Shrine): Generates a field that buffs damage and defense and attacks enemies with slashes.
• Flame Arrow: Shoots an arrow on flames and breaks Guard.
• Switch: Buffs own damage and defense by +25% and lasts for a minute.

Demon Vessel also has a Maximum Technique called Heian Awakening, which can be enabled using Maximum Scrolls. Using the technique will transform into Heian Era mode, which decreases cooldowns and raises Focus gain. You'll also need thre??e Black? Flash Tokens to activate this mode during a battle.

The mode can also add bleed damage to all your moves, and converts Dismantle to a rushdown? move. The ability to chant also buffs u?p some of your moves with specific effects.

Is Demon Vessel worth it in Jujutsu Infinite

How to rank up in Jujutsu Infinite

The process begins by completing as many quests or missions as you can. Completing them will earn you various rewards and EXP. The amount of EXP you get varies based on the nature?? and difficulty of quests, but completing them will help you grow your in-game character.

When you begin this process, you'll have the rank of "Non-Sorcerer." Once you reach level 60, you can talk with the Clan Head NPC to rank yourself up. There are five different ranks (or, as the game calls it, Grades), and you'll need certain resources besides being at the necessary player levels. Once you fulfill the requirements and have the necessary resources, interacting with the Clan Head NPC will allow you to rank up.

Rotten Chains is one of the best gears you can find in Jujutsu Infinite, and it can ??drastically improve your character once equipped.

There are different gears you can equip, and some of them are pretty ordinary. Rotten Chains, on the other hand, is a Special Grade gear, and it is immensely powerful. Unlike most resources, you can't trade for it or open chests to find it. Instead, you'll have to put in the hard yards in order to secure the gear inside Jujutsu Infinite.

How to obtain Rotten Chains in Jujutsu Infinite

There are two ways to obtain Rotten Chains inside the game. You can obtain it by defeating the Finger Bearer Boss in a raid or craft it directly with the correct resources. After ??completi??ng the Finger Bearer Boss raid, there's a chance for Rotten Chains to drop as the main reward. However, the odds of that happening are low to begin with, and you should be ready to repeat the process a few times.

A direct alternative is available if you use the Crafting station to make this gear. You'll get something called Cursed Fragments by clearing a boss raid (any boss raid, for that matter). These Cursed Fragments can be used at the Crafting station to make Rotten Chains (or something else that you may want). You'll need 100 Cursed Fragments to get the gear in discussion.

Once you've acquired the gear, you can equip it in the head slot to apply its applicable buffs and effects. As I said earlier, Rotten Chains is incredibly powerful, and it boosts your Health and Strength stats by +47.7 on each attribute.

However, the cooler aspect of this gear is its unique Living on the Edge effect. Whenever your HP is 5% or below, you'll get a damage boost. While the damage? boost is limited to 30% in PvP, it scales up to 100% in PvE.

Unfortunately, Rotten Chains is purely an aggro-based item that doesn't ??offer any defensive boosts or healing effects. If you opt for it, make sure to not take too many hits from the enemy lest you want to fail your quests.

Unlike typical resources, the Gilded Apple can't be found in chests or traded in the Curse Market.

How to find the Gilded Apple in Jujutsu Infinite

To begin the process, you'll need to activate the Gilded Apple quest from the NPC in the Numa Temple area. This location can be found to the southeast of Shijo Town, where everyone begins their journey. The NPC can be found near the mission boar??d.

Once you reach the mission board, climb the cliffside ri?ght beside the arrow. Make sure to take your player level to 130 or higher if you're planning to complete this quest.

Gilded Apple location in Jujutsu Infinite

Sadly, the official description of the quest doesn't give away the exact location of t?he apple. It just states that you can find an apple near a tree. This massive tree is present right next to the mission board, and the apple will be on the ground. It should be easy to spot due to its shining nature. Once you find the fruit, pick it up to complete the quest and receive all the rewards.

This is a one-time quest, and you'll get the following rewards: $8,100, 405,600 EXP, and four chests. This isn't a time-limited mission, so you can take your sweet time with it. Incide?ntally, you might not be able to find the Gilded Apple even if you're at the correct location. This is a known bug, and it's unclear as to w??hen it will be fixed.

If you have looked everywhere and can't find the Gilded Apple, just jump to anothe?r server, which should automatically fix the bug. This is a pretty si??mple quest, and the rewards you get from completing it are pretty valuable.

This peculiar resource has been present inside the game since its ??launch, but there was no way to obtain it, getting players stuck in a particular quest, but that is no longer the case.

Here is how you can get Frost Petals in Jujutsu Infinite, and what's the best way to use it.

Best Frost Petals location in Jujutsu Infinite

For most resources in Jujutsu Infinite, opening chests is the best way forward. That's not the case for Frost Petals, which spawns all over Y??uki Fortress. While the spawn spots aren't restricted to one single location, they can be generally found behind the fort.

Move towards the edge of the map in this region, and you'll find plenty of Frost Petals. The middle of the map also has these flowers spawning on the ground. Once picked, the flower will take 10 minutes to respawn? on your server. If you're willing to be patient and dedicate an hour or so, you can pick plenty of Fr??ost Petals.

Incidentally, this is the only plant that spawns in the Yuki Fortress ar??ea. Other plants like Cursebloom and Spring ??Puffs can't be found here. Frost Petals also seem exclusive to the Yuki Fortress area, and you'll have to level up decently to access this location.

How to use Frost Petals in Jujutsu Infinite

Frost Petals work differently from other resources like Maximum Scrolls or Purified Curse Hands. You can use five of them to complete daily quests in the Yuki Fortress Area. Once you ?have an Innate Technique with a Maximum version, you can use Maximum Scrolls to unlock it. There are two main ways of obtaining those.

• You should open as many chests as possible, but the odds are a mere 0.1% for unique items. Always use consumables to improve the odds in your favor, but ultimately, it will always come down to your luck. If you don't mind spending on microtransactions, there's the Item Notifier Gamepass. This add-on will help you not to miss out on a chest in your area as much as possible, which can be incredibly beneficial in the long run.
• The Curse Market is a great place to trade and get Maximum Scrolls. You can do so from the NPC who spawns at Jujutsu High in the Zen Forest. You'll need to trade 6x Purified Cruse Hand to get 1x Maximum Scroll, and the former is a special drop from a chest with a 0.25% chance. Maximum Scrolls are available for trade at selected timings throughout the day.

How to farm Energy Nature in Jujutsu Infinite

You'll need to collect an Energy Nature Scroll to get an Energy Nature, but this won't be an easy task. The Energy Nature Scroll is a Lvl. 300 Special Grade item. To get Energy Nature, ?you'll have to use an Energy Nature Scroll.

When you use a scroll for the first time, you'll get one Ener?gy Nature, and you can use only one at any given moment. Using a scroll with one equipped will allow you to reroll your existing choice for a differ?ent one.

There are two ways of getting Energy Nature Scrolls. You can find them from chests, but the rate of? obtainin?g one is very low. You can use consumables to improve the chances of finding one, and using Beckoning Cats or Lotuses with Fortune Gourd will be helpful.

How to access Sandbox mode

You can access Sandbox mode from the main hub. Simply walk near the PvP Modes portal, and you should see Jake (from Adventure Time) on the right side. Talk to him and select the "teleport" option and Jack will teleport yo?u to ??the Sandbox mode.

There is a common misconception that you need to have played the early access version of Jujutsu Infinite to access Sandbox mode. To test this theory, we used a new account, and sure enough, we were able to access Sandbox mode without any problems. So, don't worry, San??dbox mode is available to all players.

Everything you can do in Sandbox mode

Sandbox mode lets you test out pretty much everything the game has to offer but with some restrictions. For the most part, you can use any item currently in the game, do any mission, practice platforming, and even play around with Innate techniques and abilities. If you aren't sure how some of these work, refer to our Ultimate Jujutsu Infinite Beginner's Guide.

Items

Once you enter Sandbox mode, open your inventory, and you'll see that you have most (if not all) items currently available in the game. Everything from consumable items to weapons and armor will be in your inventory.

Maximum Status Points

Want to try a new build withou?t re-specing? You can do it hassle-free in Sandbox mode. Since you'll be max level while you're in this mode, simply open your status, refund all your points, and try out any build you want. You can refund all your points an infinite about of times, so there's nothing stopping you.

All Skills and Innates

Regardless of which Innate techniques or abilities you rolled, you can try every single one in the game. All innates are already available to you from the menu, but you'll have to unlock the skills using the Status points, which we explained above. We really had fun with this mode and we recommend you experiment to your hear?t's content.

Crafting

Perhaps a bit pointless since you already have most items in your inventory, but you can craft items in Sandbox mode. If, for whichever rea??son, you want to craft them, you have the? option.

Missions

You can do any mission in the ?game, regardless of?? your level, by selecting the Missions portal inside Sandbox mode.

Sorcerer Killer

If you talk to the Sorcerer Killer,?? you can Disable and Re-enable Heavenly Restrictions. So, if you want to completely break the game (or at least this Sandbox mode), this is the NPC to talk to.

Curse Market

Again, the Curse Market might seem a bit redundant, but if you want to exchange it??ems for Demon Fingers or anything else, you can do that here. So far, we haven't found a reason to use this in Sandbox mode, but we're sure the day will come when we need it.

Quests

There are three NPCs with Daily and One Time Quests. Talk t??o them to try almost any of these quests in the g??ame, while remaining in Sandbox mode.

The Strongest & Test NPC

These two options don't work yet. They sho??uld be enabled in ??a couple of updates.

Practice Platforming and fighting

If you walk around the Sandbox are?a a bit, you'll notice a couple of enemies and a few elevated platforms. You can use these to practice your maneuvers and fighting moves.

Jujutsu Infinite has many items, and it can be quite overwhelming to remember all of them. There are weapons, armor, XP items, and so much more. In short, there's a lot, so we wanted to narrow all of them down in a best-of-the-best list. So, without further ado, here's our list of the 10 Best items in Jujutsu Infinite.

We've already covered all items in the game in our All Items Listed and All Weapons and Armor guides. We based the items on this list on how often we use them or how often we have them equipped. Depending on your playstyle, you may not at all agree w?ith our picks, but if you aren't sure which items you should go f??or, we think this is a nice list to follow.

10. Ravenous Axe - Best PVE Weapon

If you know you'll be fighting a horde of weaker enemies, then the Ravenous Axe is your best friend. While you chop away at enemies, you can also summon crows and even become invincible for a while. It's a really?? fun weapon to use, as long as you know ??how to properly use it.

9. Fortune Guord - Best Leveling Item

Last but not least, the Fortune Gourd is such a fantastic thing to use before each Mission, Boss Raid, and Investigation. Take a sip from this and get 100% more Cash and EXP, but only for that one specific activity.

8. Detention Center - Best Technique Armor

This Armor set may not have the best stats, but the benefits it brings are nothing to sneeze at. The Detention Center armor halves your cooldown on your technique, makes you jump and dash higher and longer, and even gives you a bit more damage. It's an incredibly dynamic armor set, and it's help?ed us more times than we'd like to admit.

7. Dorayaki - Best XP Consumable

There are plenty of XP-boosting items in the game, but they are all used for specific activities. Not Dorayaki. This delicious snack gives you 25% XP no matter what you do, and that's that's exactly why it's on the list. Even though it lasts for only 3 minutes and doesn't stack with othe??r items, it's still an i??ncredibly useful consumable.

6. Inverted Spear of Heaven - Best PvP Weapon

This weapon is absolutely devastating when fighting other players. It has a dash attack, which ca??n cause bleed and break your opponent's guard. While not great for groups of ?mobs, in a 1v1, the Inverted Spear of Heaven can be a game changer.

5. Rage GourdBest - Damage Boosting Item

Need a temporary damage boost? Take a swing from the Rage Gourd. Sure, it lowers your defense by 30%, but it boosts your damage by 100%. Just make sure you ??use it when the time is right because it only lasts for 2 minutes. Other than t?hat, this thing turns you into an absolute beast.

4. Eerie Farm Crafting Tab - Best Strength Armor

When it comes to raw power, the Eerie Farm Crafting Tab set is amazing. It gives you extra focus, extra damage, makes you receive less damage, and powers you up when your health is low. If you're going for power, go? for the Eerie Farm Crafting Tab.

3. Demonic Robe + Demonic Tobi - Best Armor in Jujutsu Infinite

Similar to weapons, different armor sets are better suited for different situations. If you aren't sure what you're going to do, the Demonic Robe and the Demonic Tobi is a great combo for almost any occasion. It's especially ?great at taking out bosses while also giving you decen?t stat boosts in Health, Strength, and Technique.

2. Iridescent Lotus & Golden Beckoning Cat - Best Drop Chance Boosting Item(s)

For this spot, we couldn't decide between these two items so we just placed them both here. Out of all the Lotus items in the game, the Iridescent Lotus guarantees you'll get a Special Grade drop, while the Golden Beckoning Cat improves your overall luck by a whopping 50%. By using these? two items (not simultaneously), you are sure to get much better dr??ops from those pesky chests.

1. Vengeance - Best Overall Weapon

Vengeance is the best weapon in Jujutsu Infinite. If we had to pick one that's more than good in almost any situation, it would be this one. Vengeance can attack up close and at medium range, cause beed, and even lift your oppone??nt high for some aerial damage. You can't go wrong with Vengeance if you aren't su?re what you'll need to do next.
