The Fortune Field Generator item in Peroxide is sold by the NPC Dr. Hydrogen for 850 Yen. Dr. Hydrogen is located inside a purple portal that spawns in a random spot in Peroxide each day. Once ??yo??u find the purple portal, simply enter it and you will find Dr. Hydrogen inside selling three of nine items from a specific pool that includes the Fortune Field Generator.
