The recently released Update 2 for Project Mugetsu (PM) introduced several new Shikai to the game, once again changing up the meta. With eight total Shikai in PM at the moment, you may be wondering which is the best Shikai in Project Mugetsu. Here's what you should look for.

Best Shikai in Project Mugetsu

The best Shikai in Project Mugetsu as of?? Update 2 is the Nozarashi (Kenpachi) Legendary Shikai that was added in Update 2. Even though the new Ichimonji (Ichibei) Legendary Shikai is also very strong, it has no heal making it fall out of favor when compared to Bankai.

However, an already existing Shikai, the Ryujin Jakka is also incredibly powerful with certain builds.?? The new Minazuki (Unohana) Legendary Shikai is also a solid choice, but is not quite as good as the Nozarashi or even Ryujin Jak??ka.

Project Mugetsu (PM) Shikai Tier List in Update 2

Being Legendary Shikai, Nozarashi and Ryujin Jakka aren't exactly the easiest to acquire. As such, we've put together a Shikai Tier List updated for Update 2 of Project Mugetsu that includes? all eight Shikai so you know wha??t to work towards.

You'll want to strive towards obtaining the S Tier Shikai, but even the A Tier ones are formidable options. The B Tier Shikai are versatile enough to be worthwhile until you're able to move on to A or S Tier ones, and the C Tier Shikai should be avoided for the most part except in specific scenarios. Here is our Project Mugetsu Shikai Tier List as of Update 2:

S Tier

  • Nozarashi
  • Ryujin Jakka
  • Minazuki

A Tier

  • Ichimonji
  • Senbonzakura

B Tier

  • Kamishini

C Tier

  • Hyorinmaru
  • Zangetsu

In Project Mugetsu, players have the choice of becoming several different races, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. One of the available races, Hollow, has a deep progression path allowing you to eventually become a Vastcocar. We've put together this comprehensive Project Mugetsu (PM) Hollow guide to ?show you how to become a Hollow and then evolve all the way to Vastocar.

How to be a Hollow in Project Mugetsu (PM)

You cannot start as a Hollow like in many other similar games. However, after you create your character, the process of becoming a Hollow is quite simple. Here is how to become a Hollow in Project Mugetsu:

  1. Head to Karakura Town and speak to the NPC Aizen and accept his quest.
  2. A location is now indicated on your map. Head there and you will find a Soul Reaper that you need to defeat for your quest from Aizen.
  3. Head back to Aizen and turn in your quest for defeating the Soul Reaper and you will become a Hollow!

Project Mugetsu Hollow progression guide

Now that you are a Hollow, you have the capability of consuming the body parts of enemies you defeat. Each enemy you defeat will grant you some experience towards being a Hollow, and consuming the body parts will grant you even more experience. As you gain more experience and complete various tasks you can evolve from a basic Hollow all the way up to a Vastocar. This is how you can progress from a Hollow all the way to a Vastocar in Project Mugetsu:

  1. Evolve to Menos - Gain 625 total EXP by defeating enemies in Hueco Mundo and consuming their body parts.
  2. Evolve to Menoscar - Reach Level 15 and visit the Shop in Hueco Mundo. Buy the skill Menoscar from the Shop and then beat the mini-game within the time limit which is 52 minnutes.
  3. Evolve to Adjucha - Survive as a Menoscar for an hour without dying and you will evolve to an Adjucha.
  4. Evolve to Adjucar - Reach Level 25 by gaining 1,562 EXP and head back to the Shop and buy the Adjucar skill to evolve into an Adjucar.
  5. Evolve to Vasto Lorde - Reach Level 50 and then consume the body parts of Soul Reapers until you have gained 1,875 more EXP to evolve into a Vasto Lorde.
  6. Evolve to True Vasto Lorde - Continue consuming the body parts of Soul Reapers until you've earned another 3,125 EXP and you will evolve into a Vasto Lorde.
  7. Evolve to Vastocar - Finally, obtain 2,250 more EXP by consuming the body parts of Soul Reapers. This will take a while but is worth it in the end. Once you've earned the EXP, head back to the Shop and purchase the Vastocar skill.

The recently released Update 2 for Project Mugetsu (PM) added four new clans, once again raising the question: What are the best clan buffs in Project Mugetsu? We've put together this Clans Tier List to help you decide the best clan for you in all of Project Mugetsu as of Update 2.

Project Mugetsu (PM) Clans Tier List as of Update 2

With over 30 clans each with their own buffs and perks, it can be a bit tough to figure out the best one to join. Obviousl??y, the clans of higher rarity are typically better, with War Power, Mythic, and Transcendent clans typically being the best, while Uncommon clans and even Rare clans usually being worse. Of course, other things such as price, recent updates, and more can alter this list over time.

You're going to want to aim for clans in the S or A tier, as the offer the best overall buffs to really make the most of your character. Those in the B Tier are tolerable until you are able to join the better clans. I don't recommend the C and D Tier clans unless you have no other option. This tries to keep everything in consideration including prices, rarity, and universal b?uffs.

Here is our Project Mugetsu (PM) Clans Tier List as of Update 2:
