As part of the Beginning of Misfortune Ant Nest Exploration Quest in Throne and Liberty, players are tasked with finding and then defeating a Honeypot Ant. But finding a specific ant within a nest can be cons??idered as easy as finding a needle in a haystack, or at least that's how it was? supposed to be.

Where to Find and How to Defeat the Honeypot Ant in Throne and Liberty

Unlike all of the other enemies located inside the Ant Nest, you will need to force a Honeypot Ant to appear to defeat it, a feat you can accomplish by defeating a set number of ants around a Honeypot Egg. The eggs will be easy to spot, given their bright yellow light. As you can see below, I foun?d one by heading to the northwestmost portion of the Spawning Ground area.

After you make the Honeypot Ant appear, there will be no secret to defeat??ing it, as it will be significantly weaker than even the regular Working and Soldier Ants found in spades ar?ound the area. If you don't want to have to face all of the ants featured between the entrance of the dungeon and the egg, you will be able to get past them undisturbed by morphing into a creature. In my case, the Toximaw Spider did the job well.

Where to Find and How to Defeat the Giant Acid Ant

Now that the Honeypot Ant is done with and if you have already acquired the area's Expedition Records, you will only need to defeat the Giant Acid Ant to complet??e Beginning of Misfortune. As you can see below, you can find the Giant Acid Ant by heading to the lower portion of the Garbage Dump area, located in the eastmost portion of the map.

Unlike any other enemies within the nest, however, I don't recommend facing the Giant Acid Ant alone while at level 30-40, as it will have a massive health pool an?d the ability to drain your HP in seconds through poison. If that is not enough, facing the ant will also mean going against?? all of the ones surrounding your target.

The second Co-Op Dungeon you will unlock in Throne and Liberty, Roaring Temple (also known as Temple of Roar) will put you up against two sub-bosses and the party-killing ma??chine known as King Chimaerus.

But believe it or not, although a completely different beast compared to Specter’s Abyss, clearing the dungeon can be a fairly simple affair. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to complete the Roaring Temple Co-Op Dungeon in Throne and Liberty.

How to Complete the Roaring Temple Dungeon in Throne and Liberty

After diving into the Roaring Temple on any given role, you will need to first defeat two Ancient Zo??mbie Mutts, one Ancient Shade Monk, and one Ancient Dark Shaman to break through its first barrier. Among the enemies, the Dark Shamam will pose the biggest threat, as they can chip away large portions of?? your health from afar, so make sure to have a tank clinch their attention.

After defeating the enemies, it will be time to break the second barrier, a feat you can accomplish by heading down toward the newly unlocked ground level and interacting with the Mana Fluid Regulator shown below. You will need to defeat a set of four Ancient Zombie Mutts, as well as an Ancient Dark Assassin and Ancient Shade Wizar??d to unlock the ability to interact with the device.

Once you ?interact with the monument, swim toward the newly unlocked ledge and then repeat the process to interact with the second regulator and get access to the dungeon's next area, where you will meet the Ancient Berserk Dark Enforcer sub-boss.

How to defeat the Ancient Berserk Dark Enforcer

After spotting them, you will be able to defeat the Ancient Berserk Dark Enforcer by going with the old but classic jump-in. To be more specific, your team's tank must face the enemy first to aggro it, which will allow all of your DPSs to join forces an??d obliterate the foe without issue. As with all bosses, your party's healer must always be on standby to keep your tank's HP on the high end.

Now, continue forward and glide past ??the fire pits while avoiding the geysers and the suspended cages until you reach the lower level of the dungeon. After landing, focus on staying close to your party and continue onward until you spot the Ancient Berserk Shade Wizard.

How to defeat the Ancient Berserk Shade Wizard

As the boss will face you alone, we will be applying the same strategy used against the Dark Enforcer to defeat the Ancient Berserk Shade Wizard. Be aware, however, as during the fight, they will likely summon a few Ancient Zombie Mutt?s. Once the sub-boss and his minions are no more, you will have unlocked a path leading to both a fireplace and to the King Chimaerus boss area.

How to defeat King Chimaerus and complete the Roaring Temple Dungeon

As we talked about in our how to defeat King Chimaerus guide, you can defeat the Beast of Chaos in Throne and Liberty by focusin??g on dealing constant damage to the boss while staying true to your role and doing the following:

• Tank: Focus on staying close to the boss to aggro it while making use of constant buffs.
• DPS: Focus on attacking the boss nonstop while staying relatively close to your tank but away from the enemy's range. If playing as close-range-exclusive DPS, focus on attacking the flanks.
• Healer: Focus on providing buffs and dealing damage to the boss on occasion. Your focus should be on keeping your tank and highest damage dealers alive above all else.
• No matter your role, make sure to avoid the lion's acid spit, as it will both poison you and apply debuffs that will last until the end of the fight.

There are many treasures to behold in the lands of Solisium. However, some require a mysterious key that can only be discovered through a particular task. Here's how to get and use the Mystic Key in Throne and Liberty.

How to get Mystic Keys in Throne and Liberty

You can buy Mystic Keys through the Contract Coin Merchant. This feature unlocks during Chapter 3 of the main campaign, giving you access to Resistanc??e Contracts. Complete these tasks to earn Contract Coins, the currency used for the Mystic Keys.

One of the first Contract Coin Merchants and Contract Managers can be found in the starter village, Kastleton. Speak to the Contract Manager to browse the tasks and select one to begin the mission. You may also encounter these merchants in other areas, including Starlight Observatory Ruins and Vienta Village. The early objectives will be pretty easy to do, such as defeating a Goblin Fighter or collecting Urstella Tokens from a Goblin Butcher. In their description, you'll generally see the Contra??ct Coins as a reward and other va?luables.

Throne and Liberty's Resistance Contracts will likely get more challenging as you progress through the levels, so make sure t?o visit the nearby armory?? merchants for better gear. Once you've completed a mission, exchange your Contract Coins for the Mystic Key. Each key costs 15 Contract Coins, with a daily limit of five. Use them wisely, and check back with the merchant to gain more rewards from your completed objectives.

How to use Mystic Keys in Throne and Liberty

The Mystic Key can open Mystic Globes in Throne and Liberty. Simply walk around the map with the key in hand, and you should discover one soon after. They'll b??e marked with their distinct globe symbol on the mini-map. To narrow down your search, you can search around these areas at Kastleton.

Look for a red floating orb, typically on top of an elevated location. Use your grapple to get up those hard-to-reach destinations. Interact with the Mystic Globe to use the Mystic Key. You'll then claim a randomized prize for your efforts, which could be anything from a Trait Conversion Stone to 100 Abyssal Contract Token Points?. The Abyssal Contract Tokens function similarly to the Contract Coin Merchant, but this time it's used for the open-world dungeons.

You'll discover more Mystic Globe locations throughout your adventures, offering additional rewards such as these items. With enough globe discoveries, you may trigger the ultimate prize, the Mystic Portals. The Mystic Portals provide other high-value items to make your journey m?ore accessible. They'll mainly appear after unlocking a specific amount of Mystic Globes, spawning a?? storm nearby. It'll only stick around for an hour, so you must be quick about it.

Al?though the Mystic Portals are much more li?mited than Globes, your chances of discovering them can be heightened with enough Mystic Keys.

These coins can be used to? prevent loss of experience. The requirement will depe??nd on how big the penalty is, and the coins will have to be used in proportion to that amount.

If you've already managed to hit the max level, the coins won't have much use. However, you should still look to save these resources for future use, as updates will raise the max level cap in upcoming versions of Throne and Liberty. Till you've reached the max level cap, these coins will prev?ent a loss of experience in case you have failed a quest.

The only exception to this will be content like Dungeons and Raids, as they usually have no experience penalty ??in case you manage to fail.

The final boss of the Roaring Temple Co-Op Dungeon in Throne and Liberty, King Chimaerus will mark a big spi??ke in difficulty when compared to the Heliber, given his ability to apply heavy amounts of poison and one-shot players with ease.

True to that, knowing what to expect and how to counter his strengths is a must when facing the corrupted lion. Here's how to defeat King Chimaerus and clear the Roaring Temple Co-Op Dungeon in Throne and Liberty.

How to Defeat King Chimaerus in Throne and Liberty

Like most bosses in Throne and Liberty, the way you will tackle King Chimaerus will change based on your role of choice. For example, if you are playing as a tank, you shoul?d position yourself close to the boss to aggro it. Those playing as focused damage dealers or supports, on the other hand, should stay further away. No matter your role, make sure to attack the boss constantly.

The real fight, however, will only start once a good portion of the boss's health has been depleted, as he will start using his sure-to-kill paralyze combo, which will see him petrify a ?player before sending three fireballs toward them. He will also be able to wipe out your whole party by sending out a stage-wide wave attack. Although King Chimaerus will perform chants before both attacks, he will? also jump to the center of the area before sending the wave. You can check out how to anticipate and deal with both attacks below:

• Paralyse + Fireball: Although there's no way to telegraph which player will be paralyzed, you can counter the fireballs by staying behind your tanks at all times. In the same way, you can protect affected teammates by standing between them and the boss. Do not underestimate the fireballs, and make sure your healer is on standby to offer support to the player taking the hits. If playing as a Longbow user, you can also remove the effect from a teammate with Purifying Touch. In the same vein, Crossbow users can free themselves from it with Selfless Diffusion.
• Stage-Wide Wave: At the moment the boss jumps to the center of the arena and begins chanting, aim at any of the three chains located around it and use your hook to pull it. That will cause the fluid housed in the chandelier to fall on the boss and stop him from performing the attack. You can use your hook by pressing either F (PC) or â—?X (on consoles).

Aside from that, there's no secret, so just stay focused on your role and repeat the above when needed until King Chimaerus's massive HP pool hits zero. Make sure to also dodge his poison spit and avoid its AOE e?ffects, as each poison stack will come with debuffs valid until the end of the fight.

MMORPGs are no strangers to seasonal events, and it seems that the recently released Throne and Liberty from NCSoft and Am??azon Games is no exception. From October 24, Halloween will very much come to Solisium. 

The Haunted Harvest event is set to run from October 24 until November 13, so you’ll have plenty of time to dive in and experience absolutely everything on offer. Here’s the official trailer for the even??t:

The sheer amount of Halloween-themed things on displ?ay in the trailer ?can be a little overwhelming, but don’t worry, let’s take a look at everything that will be available to try during the Haunted Harvest event. 

Get scared by event duties and tasks

It is an event-only Dungeon, home to a giant Jack-o�lantern with murderous intentions. In the trailer, you can see a player shapeshifting into a pumpkin to roll around obstacles and AOEs. According to the official post from Throne and Liberty, we’ll be defeating fiendis?h pumpkins and devouring Candy Corn for a chance to win rewards such as cosmetics, buffs, and Ornate Coins. 

You’ll also get Dimension Pumpkins, a special item that can be exchanged for spoils at event me??rchants, including:

• Ghastly Gourd cosmetic
• Jack-oâ€?lantern Izzy Amitoi
• Hallow-Knight shapeshift

Speaking of event merchants, they’ll be located in special event villages, specifically added to the map in celebration of the spooky s?eason. Candy Corn will be the main currency during the event, and you’ll not only earn it through participating in themed tasks such as greeting costumed villagers but they will also be rewarded for daily login. 

If you're lucky, you'll be able to get t??he Phantom’s Prank buff, which increases both Sollant and experience gain. ?;

Go fishing for gummies

During the event, you’ll be able to f?ish in various spots around Solisium in the hopes of reeling in a range of gummy fish. Each fish comes with buffs that last 15 mi??nutes:

• Red, Yellow, or Blue Gummy Fish

  • Increased movement and attack speeds

• Pumpkin Taffy

  • Increased boss hit rate
  • Damage boost against undead and demon enemies
  • Damage resistance against undead and demon enemies

Cooking up a fright

Ther??e will also be new recipes available to cook, both of which co??me with their own useful 15-minute perks when consumed:

• Spooky Pumpkin Pie

  • Increased mastery gain
  • Increased abyss consumption efficiency

• Choco-Spider Cookie

  • Increased critical hit chance and damage

Special Shop gets haunting additions

One of the standout items from the trailer is the Grin Reaper outfit, complete with a backlit pumpkin-face mask. This item will be available?? in the Special Shop as part of the Wicked Enchanter bundle, the cost of which has not yet been revealed. 

There will also be other cosmetics available for purchase, including th?e skeleton outfit and witches hat on display in the trailer. Further cosmetics will become available when the new Battle Pass begins, carrying the theme of “Phantom Assassin’s Starâ€? 

Overall, this looks like an incredible first seasonal event for Throne and Liberty. As a long-time MMO player, this has left me slightly?? overwhelmed with the amount of things to do, and I can’t wait to dive in and experience the first-ever Solisium Halloween. See you there, if you dare!

How to summon the Dark Specter in Throne and Liberty

When on any of the floors of the Temple of Sylaveth, you can make a Dark Specter appear by defeating enemies within the vicinity of a Specter Chisel. The chisel will be hard to miss given its deep blue color and will continue to absorb the energy of the fallen until it breaks, releasing the Specter. You can find the first chisel by heading to the?? east portion of the dungeon's second room,?? as shown below.

When at the above area, you can easily summ??on the Specter by picking off the Shade Assassins and Enforcers roaming around it one by one. Be careful, however, as makin??g a wrong turn and getting targeted by a few Shade Wizards while in battle can spell your end. As ideally, you should be able to effortlessly defeat the mentioned enemies in 1v1 battles, I recommend that those having trouble with that either look for a party or upgrade their gear before returning to the dungeon.

How to defeat the Dark Specter in Throne and Liberty

After summoning the Dark Specter to the fray, you will be able to defeat it by first hitting it as soon as it appears and then singling it out from the crowd. This is a must, as it will stop other players from sniping? the enemy and other mobs in the area from joining in.

Regarding the battle by itself, there's not much that we can say, as apart from having a considerably larger health pool, the Specter won't pose much of a threat when compared to the Shade Assassins. So just focus on spamming your most damaging Skills and parrying at every opportunity. If you want to be ful??ly prepared, eating a few damage-enhancing and defense-oriented dishes/potions will also make a big difference during the fight. Make sure to also bring a few Recovery Crystals for safe measure.

Experiencing an Eclipse for the first time in Throne and Liberty is pretty intense, especially if you don't know what's actually going on. Basically the server becomes a chaotic conflict zone for 10 minutes, while also plunging the world into darkness. If you want to know how to summon an Eclipse in Throne and Liberty and want to kno??w what Eclipses actually do, look no further.

How to summon an Eclipse

The only way to summon an Eclipse is by using the Transcending Power: Eclipse Legendary Skill which is unlocked by being Rank 1 on the Kill Ranking leaderboards in Throne and Liberty. It's an active skill that has a 12-hour cooldown and lasts for 10 minutes. In order to? use the skill, you al?so need to have 5 Commander's Seal in your inventory.

In order to acquire the Transcending Power: Eclipse skill you need to do a lot of PvP. Each time you engage in PvP in a Conflict Zone, you'll accrue points for getting kills and assists on your opponents. Placing in the top 3 overall of damage ranking will also grant you bonus points toward your Kill Ranking. If the enemies you are killing are lower level, or you continue to kill the same?? player over and over, you'll receive fewer points. Only kills on players Level 11 or higher give you Kill Points.

Once per day, all the Kill Points on your server are calculated and the Kill Ranking is updated. Whoever is number 1 on your server in Kill Ranking will receive the Transcending Po??wer: Eclipse skill and will keep it each day that they maintain the number one spot.

What do Eclipses mean?

When the player with the Transcending Power: Eclipse skill causes an eclipse, it affects the entire server. Regardless of the current time of day or weather, both immediately change to the status effect of Eclipse. The effect lasts for 10 minutes and affects the whole server including Abyssal Dungeons during this time. It also makes the entire world look dark and have a re??d glow to ?symbolize the Eclipse.

Fr??om the gameplay side of things, Eclipses immediately put all potential conflict zones into conflict, regardless if they are currently in a Peace time or not. The Transcending Power: Eclipse skill also gives the user several benefits. Here is everything the Transcending Power: Eclips??e skill does:

• Darkens the world for 10 minutes.
• All party members and guild members within a 5m range are Stealthed for 30 seconds.
• Using skills or moving out of the caster's range ends Stealth.

Once you reach the current max level of 50 in Throne and Liberty, you'll start earning Weapon Mastery EXP. One of the best ways to accrue Weapon Mastery EXP is by consuming Mastery Reports before farming Abyssal Dungeons. Here is how to get Mastery Reports in Throne and Liberty and how best to use them.

How to get Mastery Reports

The only way to currently get Mastery Reports in Throne and Liberty is via Zenus's Star Shop. This is an exclusive s??hop you unlock after completing the current Battle Pass, and is where you can spend your Star Crystals. You automatically receive some Star Crystals throughout the various tiers of the Battle Pass, but once you've completely finished the Battle Pass at Level 50, any Daily, Weekly, or Always Battle Pass tasks that you complete will earn you Star Crystals instead of Battle Pass progress.

Inside Zenus's Star Shop, there are currently two different ways to purc??hase Mastery Reports:

• 1 x Mastery Report for 50 Star Crystals (Limit of 20 Per Character)
• 5 x Mastery Report for 180 Star Crystals (Limit of 3 or 15 Mastery Reports Per Character)

This means you'll save?? 70 Star Crystals per 5x Mastery Report bundle, so it's recommended you buy th?ose first.

What are Mastery Reports for?

In Throne and Liberty, Mastery Reports are a consumable item that boosts the Weapony Mastery EXP you receive for your equipped weapons by 30% anytime you kil??l something that consumes Abyssal Contract Tokens. Each Mastery Report lasts for a total of 60 minutes before the effect expires.

With this in mind, the ideal use of Mastery Reports ??is to consume one when you plan to go into an Abyssal Dungeon such as Syleus's Abyss, Ant Nest, or Shadowed Crypt. These dungeons have higher drop rates for gear and crafting materials,?? but each mob you kill consumes your Abyssal Contract Tokens. Using a Mastery Report will increase the Weapon Mastery EXP you get from each of those kills that consume Abyssal Contract Tokens by 30%. It's best to use these when you know you're going to be spending an hour in an Abyssal Dungeon farming.

In Throne and Liberty, Endurance and Evasion are very important stats, especially for PvP. While they have some use in PvE, it's often better to go for other important Traits if you plan to purely focus on killing bosses. However, for PvP, you'll want to know exactly how Endurance and Evasion work as well as the strengths and weaknesses of both traits. Below we will explain both Endurance and Evasion in Throne and Liberty for all damage types.

Should you build Endurance or Evasion?

When it comes to deciding between building Endurance or Evasion, the thought process is similar for all three damage types. Re?gardless of if you're building against Melee, Ranged, or Magic damage, the rule of thumb is similar: only focus on either Endurance or Evasion. There's not much of a benefit to building a hybrid and using ?both because the higher you build a single defense, the more effective it is.

How Melee, Ranged, and Magic Endurance Works

In Throne and Liberty, the Endurance stat reduces the chance of being hit by a Critical Hit of that specific damage type, and it scales at the ratio of 10 Endurance = 1% chance for every point over your opponent's Critical Hit Chance. So for example, if someone? using a Crossbow is has 300 Critical Hit, and you have 500 Ranged Endurance, that's a difference of 200. 200/10 = 20% which? means you will have a 20% chance of completely evading a Critical Hit from the Crossbow user.

This applies to all three types of damage: Melee, Ranged, and M??agic.

How Melee, Ranged, and Magic Evasion Works

While Endurance affe??cts your chance to evade Critical Hits, Evasion affects your chance to completely evade standard attacks. The ratio is the same, at 10 points equals 1% chance to Evade. This may seem like always a better option, but here are some things to consider: Standard hits typically aren't going to cause huge swings in your health pool, so t??hey are easier to heal through and survive. By comparison, completely evading a Critical Hit can be a real life saver.

Like Endurance, Evasion also applies to all three types o?f damage: Melee, Ranged, and Magic.

Endurance or Evasion for PvP?

A good rule of thumb is to focus on Endurance until you transition into the Tier 1 Gear Sets for Throne and Liberty, after which you can switch to Evasion traits. This is because you need a lot of Evasion to really make it worthwhil?e, and for most gearing options before Tier 1, there simply isn't enough Evasion to make it worthwhile. This means you shoul??d be targeting the following traits for your PvP build:

• Melee Endurance
• Ranged Endurance
• Magic Endurance

Pairing this with some other powerful defensive traits like Max Health can really make a huge difference in PvP as you'll be much more tankier and able to survive hits in ?PvP and even conflict wor?ld boss encounters.

Endurance or Evasion for PvE?

When it comes to PvE in Throne and Liberty, you really don't want to worry much about your defenses, unless you are playing a purely tank build like Sword and Shield. Instead, you should focus on more PvE-oriented traits such as Cooldown Speed, Mana Regen, Movement Speed, and Attack Speed. In the event you do build some defenses, however, it's recommended to go with Evasion for PvE. World Bosses and other forms of PvE content typically don't critically or heavy hit, so the Endurance is wasted. Evasion, however, will allow you to reduce the overall damage you're receiving from?? the boss and other enemies while you are fighting them, making it the better stat for PvE.

One of the many fun experiences in Throne and Liberty is the ability to transform?? into different forms that enable you to dash, glide, or swim. There are a lot of different Morph forms, and you can unlock them through a variety of means. 

Although we know how to get most of the Morphs in Throne and Liberty, some have obtainment methods that have not yet been revealed. They may be added as rewards for future events, as part of the Battle Pass, or through the Special Shop in exchange for Lucent. Morphs with unclear obtainment methods will be marked as TBD, and we’ll update this list as more information becom??es available. 

How to change Morphs in Throne and Liberty

To select which Morph you want to tur??n into in any situation, you can open up the main menu and select ‘Morphsâ€? Then, select ‘Dashâ€? ‘Glideâ€? or ‘Swimâ€?on the left side of the window. From here, you can choose any Morph that you have unlocked to become your Designated Morph, and also look through a selection of Morphs that you’ve yet to unlock. 

How Growth Points work in Throne and Liberty

Each Morph will provide you with a certain number of Growth Points, with points being added automatically upon unlocking a new Morph. Then, when you reach new milestones, you’ll be abl??e to unlock new perks for each Morph type depending on the Growth Level of the Morph category.

Dash Morphs replace the ability to sprint in Throne and Liberty, and there are a lot of very pretty Morphs to choose? from.

While these Morphs can’t help you move faster or traverse the skies or seas, they can come in handy when you’re forced to make your way through enemy territory and don’t feel like fighting your way through the mobs.? 

Transforming into an??y of these S??hapeshift Morphs will allow you to walk through enemies of the same type without drawing attention from them. To choose your Designated Shapeshift Morph, open up the Morphs menu and then navigate to the ‘Specialâ€?tab.

Vitalstones is one of the many resources you'll need to grind regularly in Throne and Liberty if you want to smoothen your in-game pr??ogression.

Interestingly, the process of obtaining Vitalstones is slightly different, as they will have to be crafted using basic resources. Once yo?u've enough of all the necessary resources, using the crafting recipe will help you obtain Vitalstones. To gain the resources, you'll have to track the movement pattern of a Gigantrite.

How to craft Vitalstones in Throne and Liberty

The first time you enter the game and clear the tutorial,? you'll observe a Gigantrite. These gigantic creatures are like flying whales, and they drop something called blue crystals from their bodies. Usually, blue sparkles are the best hint, indicating the presence of these blue crystals.

Gigantrites are available on the mini-map,? and they have specific spawn times. Y??ou can always check out the countdown timer to know when the next one is going to appear. Here are the ingredients needed to make Vitalstones.

• Rare Manasteel
• Rare Magic Powder
• Polished Crystals
• Lithograph

Once you've enough resources, visit the Armor Crafter or Weapon Crafter, who? will allow you access to the crafting menu. Once you've created a Vitalstone, you can equip it to an empty slot on any gear of your choice. You can change your selection later, and also upgrade the stones with proper resources.

If you've spent a decent amount of hours in Throne and Liberty, chance??s are high that you have encountered Error 46 a?t least once.

This specific error is exclusive to PC users, as there have been no reports of it so far from players on the console. Like most errors of Throne and Liberty, the exact cause of this report remains unknown at this point. While NCSoft has released the first major post-launch 1.1.0 patch across all platforms, E?rror 46 continues to affect the progress of PC ?players. Thankfully, there are certain steps you can take to solve the problem and prevent it from happening altogether.

How to fix Error 46 in Throne and Liberty

Like most errors, make sure to restart Throne and Liberty if you encounter Error 46. Several major issues, like anti-cheat-related troubles, a?re known to re?solve on their own once you start a fresh iteration of the game. The same could be true in this case, but I actually used another solution.

This potential fix for Error 46 was posted on the game's subreddit a few days back by user u/Conscious_Ease8344. This method worked like a charm for me when I encountered this error, and there hasn't been a reemergence since. It appears that if you manage to brick Throne and Liberty, Error 46 could appear. For some undisclosed reason, the problem seems to be with the executable file, which prevents you from running the game normally. Here's how you can fix t?he problem.

• Go to the Binaries folder.
• This should be located inside the Throne and Liberty game folder, which is in the Steamapps folder on your PC.
• In Binaries, open the Win64 folder.
• Locate the TL.exe file and delete it.
• Go to your Recycle Bin and remove the deleted file permanently.

Once done, open your Steam library and locate Throne and Liberty. From the settings menu, check the integrit??y of your downloaded files once. This will redownload the file you deleted earlier and help you run the game normally without any issues.

Do note that the method mentioned here is similar to reinstalling the entire game. However, you're only deleting a smaller file instead of everything that you had downloaded. Naturally, it will take lot less time for Steam to re-download a smaller file compared to downloading? all the fi??les once again.

Dimensional Contract Tokens are a very valuable resource in Throne and Liberty as they are required to open chests at the end of Co-Op Dungeons and receive the dungeon rewards including Dimensional Soul Shards. However, Throne and Liberty doe??sn't do a great job of telling you how to get Dimensional Contract Tokens, but we've got you cove?red!

How to get more Dimensional Contract Tokens

In the current launch version of Throne and Liberty, the only way to get Dime?ns?ional Contract Tokens is to wait until the daily reset which occurs at 6 am server time on every server. When the daily reset occurs on your server, all players receive 900 Dimensional Contract Tokens. You do not have to be online as you will receive your 900 Dimensional Contract Tokens whether you are online, idle, or even offline.

The only restriction here is that you can?not be at your Dimensional Contract Token cap or you will only receive tokens up to the cap. For example, if you're at 4,000 / 4,500 Dimensional Contract Tokens at daily reset, you will only receive 500 Dimensional Contract Tokens, not the 900 you would normally receive.

You can also go negative as long as you have at least some positive Dimensional Contract Tokens. For example, if you finish a dungeon and have 100 Dimensional Contract Tokens and opt to open the chest, you can do so, but will now have -200 Dimensional Contract Tokens. At daily reset, you will be at positive 700 as it fills from the negative first. However,?? you can't open the chest if you are at or under 0 Dimen?sional Contract Tokens.

What are Dimensional Contract Tokens for?

You need Dimensional Contract Tokens in order to open the end chest upon completing any Level 50 Co-Op Dungeon after defeating the final boss. Interacting with the chest will give you a final prompt to decide if you want to spend 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens to open the chest and receive a random reward. You will get 4x Dimens??ional Soul Shards for that specific dungeon, some crafting materials, some Training Dew, and then a random piece of Rare or Epic quality gear from that dungeon.

This means that Dimensional Contract T??okens are essentially your daily chances at loot from running Co-Op Dungeons. Because you receive 900 per day, you get three new chances at loot from Co-Op Dungeons each day.? However, as long as you are not at your Dimensional Contract Token cap (increases with Level, maxes at 4,500), you will receive the 900 tokens for that day. Therefore, you can save up your dungeon loot chances and use them whenever works for you, but make sure you do not hit the cap as at that point you are wasting tokens.

Throne and Liberty's Nightmare Deja Vu quest requires you to spend a lot of time inside the game, and it's certainly?? one of the harder quests to complete.

The Nightmare Deja Vu quest is unlocked as part of Chapter 10's main storyline. Since it's a late-game quest, you pretty much have to do it all - solve puzzles, dish out your movement skills, and defeat the boss in a tough fight. Let's take a look at how to ?proceed with this quest systematically.

How to access Nightmare Deja Vu in Throne and Liberty?

Once you reach Chapter 10 in the main quest line, you'll be able to find the "Someone's Journal" in the Grayclaw Forest. Finding ??this partic??ular journal will allow you to begin the Nightmare Deja Vu by starting an investigation at Lycan's Hall.

How to complete the Nightmare Deja Vu quest in Throne and Liberty

Proceed step by step as per the instruction?s mentioned here, and you will be able to finish the quest q??uickly.

Step 1: Talk to Clay

Head to the Lycan's Hall in Wolf King Hill. You'll find a structure on the ground that closely resembles a temple. Enter through the main entrance and head down the ??stairs to an altar. Here, you'll find Clay, who will provide you with your next set of instructions.

Step 2: Solve the Moon puzzle

You'll find two moons - blue and yellow. The objective is to combine the?m, but it's easier said than ?done. Whenever you activate the center book, the pillars will only show you one of the two moons. Once you've exposed the moons, select the opposite one.

The next step involves repeating the puzzle once again by activating the center ??book. Make sure to sprint as soon as possible to reach the other moon. Solving the Moon puzzle will unlock the next step behind the moon altar. Here, you'll find an unconsc?ious man. Interact with him to go to the next step.

Step 3: Interact with Black Rift

The next step requires you to find a black rift in the Shadowed Crypt area. When you see it, interact with it to enter a dark dimension. After clearing a few waves of enemies, you'll come back out of the dark dimension, where you'll find Clay. He will ask?? you to go to his study, which is located in the Purelight Tower. Interact with him there and fight some enemies that spawn at this location.

Step 4: Speak with One-Eyed Hawk Henson

Travel towards the resistance group, and you'll meet One-Eyed Hawk Henson. Once you've cleared the mobs found at this location, you can interact with Henson. In the end,? Berge will appear, but this is not where you fight the boss.

Step 5: Survive Berge's Gaze

While traveling towards Temple 1, you'll have to survive Berge's Gaze unless you want a Medusa-like action to take place and turn you into stone. Make sure to always move in shadows to stay out of sight. Make sure to look out for a red eye marker on top of your screen. Only move when ??the eye is closed. Whenever the eye is open, you must remain out of sight.

Step 6: Go to Temple 2

After morphing a few times into your wolf form and slaying a couple of enemies, you'll come acro?ss a floating pillar. Wait till Berge is inactive, and jump from the edge to morph into an aerial unit. Once you come back down on the ground, rush to the Temple to interact with NPCs.

You'll come across a similar stage once again as you try to reach Temple 2. Grapple to the floating pillar and travel to the furthest e?dge possible. Then, morph into a flying unit and use a boosted super-jump to grapple to the final pillar. Use an aerial morph, and you will reach the stairs of Temple 2.

Step 7: Defeat Herald Berge

Speak with Clay and dispose of the mobs. Interact with a black right ??(found in front of a statue) and travel to the arena. Here, you get to face off against Nightmare Herald Berge. Try to stay patient and focus on the strengths of your build.

Step 8: Go to Clay's Study

At the end of the fight against Berge, Clay sacrifices himself to save you. Outside the rift, you'll find Clay's bag and a lonely Lunar-0. Interact with it after pickin??g up the bag, and then interact with One-Ey??ed Hawk Henson. Go to Clay's Study and place the bag at the marked location.

Step 9: Interact with Lunar-0

Finally, interact with Lunar-0. This will mark the end of Nightmare Deja Vu quest in Throne and Liberty. Make sure to watch the ??cutscene, which has a deep link with the co??re lore of the game.

Completing the quest is certainly worth your time and effort, as you can choose between three Special Resistance Armors, and one Special Resistance Garb. Make sure to read the stats and effects of all armors ??carefully before making your final decisions.

The first time you encounter the Old Wizard's Eye in Throne and Liberty will be on Floor 14 of Taedal's Tower. This solo-only boss challenge mode pits you against deadly bosses with unique abilities including the Behol??der-looking Old Wizard's This boss can be quite tricky, but thankfully we know just how to defeat the Old Wizard's Eye and continue progressing through the tower.

How to beat the Old Wizard's Eye

You can defeat the Old Wizard's Eye without any special skills equipped, however, it's recommended that you bring some sort of movement ability such as the Staff Smokescreen skill as it makes the encounter that much ??more trivial.

When you start the encounter with Old Wizard's Eye, throw all your damage at him right out of the gate as you have a few seconds until he uses his first ability. The entire encounter progresses in a scripted manner, so onc?e you know the sequenc?e of his attacks and how to handle them, this fight becomes much easier. Here are all of the Old Wizard's Eyes abilities:

Fireball

This is essentially Old Wizard's Eye's auto attack. Every now and then he will lob a singu?lar Fireball at you that deals damage. You can technically block this with your defensive skill, but it does very little damage as long as you have at least a little bit of gear. However, if you notice the Fireball is hitting you for a decent chunk of HP, simply hit your defensive skill as you see him rear up to lob the Fi??reball, as it will be off cooldown before his next ability.

Singular Slam

The first heavy damage-dealing skill by the Old Wizard's Eye is his S?ingular Slam. This one shows up with the purple telegraph circle so you know exactly when to pop your defensive skill and block the attack. You'll want t??o do this as the Old Wizard's Eye rises up and slams the ground which can deal some decent damage if you do not block this ability. He will use Singular Slam twice before moving on to his next ability.

Flame Patches

Old Wizard's Eye will say something in a demonic language, indicated both via audio and by the scribble text bubble above his head. Immediately after a red telegraphed circle will appear at your character. You have a few seconds to move out of this before a Flame Patch spawns there and begins dealing damage over time to y?ou if you are still standing in it. He will trigger three consecutive Flame Patches, so during this time you can either just keep moving until all three spawn, or step out of the first one, wait a second, step out of the second, wait a second, then step out of the third.

Triple Slam

Immediately after casting Flame Patches, the Old Wizard's Ey??e will begin slamming the ground again. This time, it's a little different than his Singular Slam. You'll see a big red AOE circle swirl into him, then immediately swirl back outwards. When it swirls back outwards, you want to jump. You can't block this attack successfully because of how fast it happens, so you need to jump over the wave of damage that is sent out with each slam. He casts this slam ??three times in a row, so you'll want to be ready to jump over each one.

Forward Slam

About five or so seconds after Triple Slam, the Old Wizard's Eye will do another blockable Singular Slam immediately followed up by his deadly Forward Slam. This skill will one shot most players unless you are super tanky or using Sword and Shield. The telegraph is a frontal attack from the Old Wizard's Eye, and cannot be jumped over like the Triple Slam. He will also slow you while in the frontal, which is what makes it difficult to escape. The only way to mitigate this damage is to quickly get behind or to the side of the Old Wizard's Eye, where the telegraphed attack is not shown. This is where the mobility skills come in handy because you can just pop it to quickly get behind the Old Wizard's E?ye.

After the Forward Slam the Old Wizard's Eye will repeat all of these skills in the same order. You can almost ?certainly kill him before he reaches the Forward Slam attack again. With enough gear, and in a full damage spec, you can even kill him before the first Foreward Slam.

Once you've defeated the Old Wizard's Eye you'll be able to move onto Floor 15, Dren, the Stealer of Light. This is a much easier boss but also has some unique skills. Even though you won't fight the Old Wizard's eye again in the tower, his attacks are similar to the World Boss in Throne and Liberty named Malakar, so don't forget these mechanics!

Even though Throne and Liberty has a ton of content at launch, there is still more content to be unlocked until we reach the KR version of the MMORPG. The final content area in the current version is Saurodomo Island located in the southeast corner of the map. This is how you can access and how to unlock the Saurodoma Island waypoint in Throne and Liberty.

How to unlock the Saurodoma Island Waypoint

In order to even unlock access to the Saurodama Island Waypoint in Throne and Liberty, your server must have completed and unlocked the Ruler of Lycan Milestone from Chapter 4: Frenzy of Wraiths. Milestones unlock on timers starting when a server goes live, with the early Milestones unlocking every few hours and the later? Milestones taking 12 hours for each one. That means that at the time of this post if you are playing on an Early Access server, the Ruler of Lycan Milestone has already unlocked and the Saurodama Island Waypoint is accessib??le. If you're playing on a launch day server, you will need to wait a few days.

Once the Ruler of Lycan Milestone is unlocked, the giant flying whale Gigantrite that spawns every few hours and flies around the map will alter his flight path to now fly down towards Saurodama Island. Once that happens, you'll need to wait for Gi?gantrite to spawn then head to a high elevation point like the Starlight Observatory Ruins and fly onto the flipper of Giantrite when he approaches. From there, ride on his back until he flies down towards Saurodama Island which is at the end of his flight, a??nd jump off and glide to the waypoint. If the Ruler of Lycan Milestone has not been completed on your server, instead of flying to the Saurodama Island Waypoint, Gigantrite will plummet down into the ocean.

You can check your server's Milestone progression at any time by logging into your character, opening the menu, and clicking on Milestone. The furthest Milestone without a lock icon is the one you??r server is on.

These special items are spread all across the game's world, and you'll be alerted by your Amitoi when you come near one. Opening them will help you get some useful rewards. If you're lucky ??enough, you could end up getting access to a Mystic Portal as well. Let's take a look at where and how you can find these globes on your adventures.

How to find a Mystic Globe in Throne and Liberty

The Mystic Globes are shown on the map in Throne and Liberty once you come near one. If you're near a globe, its exact location will show up on t??he map. Your Amitoi co??mpanion will also alert you. Make sure to check the notification in the right-bottom corner.

Thanks to the community, your pursuit of finding Mystic Globes can become a lot easier. I used this map created and shar?ed by Gameslantern on the game's off??icial subreddit. Using the map will instantly help you understand where exactly you should take a look. This will also prevent you from wandering about in hopes of finding the globes.

Once you've found a globe, you'll need a Mystic key to open it and earn all the rewards. Ideally, you'll want to hope for a Mystic portal to open. To get the keys, go to the Cont?ract Coin merchants. But do note that these keys expire if left unused for seven days. Hence, don't h?oard the keys, and only buy them when you're looking out for the globes.

How do Mystic Portals work in Throne and Liberty

There's no guarantee over when you'll unlock a Mystic Portal, as the rate of spaw?nin??g seems rather low. If a portal does appear, your Amitoi companion will inform you about it. The portal will remain open for 60 minutes for you to clear it. While you'll have to undertake additional tasks, there will be more rewards.

In general, the rewards you get f??rom the portals are far bet??ter than what you get from the globes. Make sure to complete them whenever they spawn on the map after you unlock a globe with a key.

There are many clever ways to obtain rewards in Throne and Liberty, from triumphant dungeon comple?tions to the traditional main campaign. In some rare cases, you can even stumble upon a Mystic Portal, providing some of the best resources in the game.

Here's how to find Mystic Portals in Throne and Liberty, and expand your inventory for the better.

How to unlock Mystic Portals in Throne and Liberty

You can increase your chances of finding a Mystic Portal in Throne and Liberty by collecting Mystic Globes. With enough of them, a ??notification will likely app?ear, indicating the whereabouts of a nearby portal. A storm triggers afterward, marked with a tornado-like symbol on the map.

Stick within the storm's radius to narrow down the Mystic Portal's location. It won't have an exact destination on the map, so use your Amitoi to help guide you. I just walked around the area until the Amitoi eventually notified me that it was nearby. If you've triggere?d this event, you must locate the portal as soon as possible due to its limited duration. At most, it can go on for 60 minutes, but it will disappear once time's up.

Use the Throne and Liberty interactive map to increase your chances of finding the Mystic Portal. Travel through these places to see if you can possibly trigger the ?rare event:

When you open the portal, it'll play out like any scavenging interaction. Approach it and press the option to search, thus producing a progress bar. Since it takes a few secon?ds to fill up, it's best to eliminate any nearby enemies. You'll probably need to do the same thing with the Mystic Globes, so make sure you've come prepared for a fight.

The portal's gift varies with each interaction, but its rare rewards should be well worth it. For example, you can acquire items such as Trait Conversion Stones and Trait Extraction Stones. They'll also offer Abyssal Contract Token Points, which are usable via the Abyss Dungeons (commonly referred to as the open-world dungeons). This unique currency gives you better item drop??s from fallen enemies, providing you with even more rewards.

Where to find Mystic Globes in Throne and Liberty

Mystic Globes appear often during your travels, but you must obtain a Mystic Key to unlock them. You can? purchase these keys through the Contract Coin Merchant, including one in the central area of Kastleton. This particular shop requires you to complete Chapter 3 of the main campaign, offering Resistance Contract missions. Complete these tasks to earn the Mystic Key, which will cost you 15 Contract Coins. There's also a daily limit of five, so you must check back later if you've gone over it.

As long as you have a Mystic Key on hand, Mystic Globes should appear on the map. Keep an eye on the mini-map to spot their designated icon. Their appearance is almost similar to Mystic Portals, just wit?h a slightly smaller size.

Considering the massive number of portals across the map, it shouldn't take too long to uncover. However, they may be hard to reach since they often spawn in elevated areas. Use a flying Mor??ph form or the grapple to reach these places.

Interact with the Mystic Globes to receive rewards and knock out some tasks associated with them. It'll help increase your chances of finding the Mystic Portals with enough farms. You may also notice that the Mystic Portal locations (previously shown in the image above) correlate with the more abundant Mystic Globes ??hubs. In particular, territories like Urstella Fields, Blackhowl Plains, and Starlight Observatory Ruins offer more chances of acquiring the Mystic Globes and Portals.

Throne and Liberty is currently one of the biggest games on Steam, but a??n issue has been ruining the otherwise great experience to a lot of players. ??I'm talking about of "Different Milestones", an ominous and mysterious message that shows up before players get barred from joining one of the game's servers. What's that all about?

"Different Milestones" pertains to a problem stemming from the early access version of the game's integration with the lau??nch version. If you created your c??haracter and started your quest during the early access period, you might not be able to join a server running the final version of the game. That's because some of the milestones you've achieved in the early access period of the game are not compatible with the launch server.

Even worse, some players are complaining that characters created in Launch Servers can join Early Access servers, but won't be able to return to Launch Servers. I do not know if this?? w??ill happen to all accounts or has to do with the amount of progress achieved, but I advise against risking it for the time being.

To avoid the problem altogether, you should just create a new character in the launch server and avoid ever switch?ing to the old ones.

This issue is bumming a lot of players, as many paid for early access and already had a lot of progress from the early days of Throne and Liberty. It's possible that Throne and Liberty's devs at NCsoft will at some point fix this issue and allow players to join with their characters made in early access, but there's no g??uarantee of when or if it wi??ll happen.

Issues between early access and final versions aren't unique to Throne and Liberty, but they're a bummer that can totally be prevented. Larian, for example, managed to gracefully avoid similar issues before the release of Baldur's Gate 3

If you're just starting your gear upgrade journey, you'll likely notice that the Trait section prohibits you from a specific inte?racti??on. We're here to show you how to unlock Traits in Throne and Liberty to activate your tool's full potential.

How do you unlock Traits in Throne and Liberty?

The Trait system offers various buffs for your weapon's build, whether it be an increase to damage or health. The mechanic only works with rarities of Uncommon or above, which are usable in the Equipment Enhancing section. One default skill will already be included, but the rest require an additional step. Here are a few ways you can unlock Traits in Throne and Liberty:

• Get a duplicate of your gear with a different Trait and use it in the Equipment Enhancing hub
• Use a Trait Conversion Stone
• Buy Trait Extracts from the Auction House
• Exchange Trait Unlock Stones

Using a duplicate piece?? is the most tried and true method, suitable for both newcomers and veterans alike. So, if I wanted to attach a Trait to a Legionnaire Greatsword, I would need one for the upgrade and another for crafting. Speak to the Weapon Crafter to get more duplicates for these builds using the ingredients you've acquired during exploration.

Remember that Traits are pretty random, so you can opt for other techniques for better results. Fortunately, the Trait Conversion Stone changes an existing skill to make this process more ?accessible.

Trait Conversion Stone

You can unlock new Traits using a Trait Conversion Stone, which is obtainable through various methods. They'll drop from Secret Dungeons, Mystic Globes, Mystic Portals, and Dynamic Events. You can also exchange goods with the Guild Merchant??s or buy them from the Ba?ttle Pass Zenus's Star Shop.

After obtaining enough materials, select the Trait t??o test your luck again with the Conversion Stone.

Trait Extracts

If you want to push your luck even more, you can buy Trait Extracts at the Auction House to acquire a gear item with a specific Trait. However, the Auction House doesn't unlock until Level 40, so you'll n?eed to do a bit of grinding. You must al?so win the item first, depending on how the transaction goes.

Extr??act Traits from your own gear if you don't require a particular skill. Simply put up the extracted item at the Auction House, where another player can purchase and use it.

Trait Unlockstones

Those who have Epic rarity gear can take advantage of the Trait Unlockstones. You'll earn these ston?es through the Battle Pass, Codex missions, and standard looting. Utilize them with locked Traits, typically requiring 50 Trait ??Unlockstones. Then, you can select a skill of your choosing, differing from its standard randomization.

However, the stones seem a bit buggy, as some players have been unable to upgrade through this route. If you're having trouble with it, you may need to wait for a new pa??tch to fix the issue. More updates have been rolling out, so it may eventually clear up shortly.

How to upgrade Traits in Throne and Liberty

To level up a Trait in Throne and Liberty, use a duplicate piece of gear with the same Trait attached. When doing this process, things can go wrong depending on your chances. This is where Bl??essings come into play. Blessings are items that can be used to increase your chances of a successful upgrade. The more Blessings you have, the more likely you'll guarantee a better pull. Each time you enhance an item, you'll receive this currency from Uncommon, Rare, and other rarity types.

But if you're struggling to find an object with the same ??Trait, try to stick?? with easily obtainable gear from Dungeons and the shops. That way, you'll have more opportunities to gather these rare materials for the upgrade.

As you work your way through the Chapter 4 Adventure Codex in Throne and Liberty, researcher Paola sends you into three separate dungeons to track down her research journals. Each of these is a unique C?o-Op Dungeons meant to be completed with a party. Here is how to Enter the Lamenting Underground?? and find Paola's Research Journal for the Dimensional Circle: Cave of Desperation Codex quest.

How to Enter the Lamenting Underground

Despite the text for this Codex quest saying you need to Enter the Lamenting Under?ground, you actually need to enter the Level 40 Cave of Desperation dungeon. This is more than likely just a translation error in the text, as the Lamenting Underground isn't even a?? dungeon! However, despite dungeons being design around a group of six players, Cave of Desperation is actually a Level 40 dungeon. This means if you are Level 50 and have decent gear, you can actually solo this Codex quest.

To enter the Cave of Desperation dungeon, which is mislabeled as the Lamenting Underground in the quest text, sim??ply open your Co-Op Dungeon screen from the menu and choose Cave of Desperation. If you ar?e going to do this solo, hit the Enter button at the bottom and you will be teleported to the dungeon. If you want to do it with a party, click on the Party Matchmaking button and choose your role, or click the Party Board then click on Cave of Desperation and manually search for a party.

It's important to note that even though the Cave?? of Destruction is just the Level 50 variant of this very same dungeon, it does not have Paola's Research Journal in it, and therefore cannot be used to complete this codex quest.

Where to find Paola's Research Journal

Paola's Research Journal for the Dimensional Circle: Cave of Desperation Codex quest is actually located just after the first room in the dungeon. Upon entering the Cave of Desperation, use the grapple point straight ahead to reach the upper-level area. You'll fight three waves of Ants here before the wall beside you crumbles giving access to the next area. Don't worry if you die to these Ants, as you will respawn a??t the beginning of the dungeon which is right next to you, and you can quickly get back into the combat.

After the wall crumbles, you will notice a campfire as well as a mineable Gigantic Moonstone in the corridor leading to the next area. After passing the campfire, immediately turn left into the small chamber there instead of heading right t?o proceed through the dungeon. Paola's Research Journal can be found on the ledge here next to the big orange ant eggs that are pulsating along the cave walls. You can also reference the screenshot at the top of this post to see exactly where it's loca??ted.

Once you've completed the Dimensional Circle: Cave of Despera?tion Codex quest by f?inding Paola's Research Journal in the "Lamenting Underground", you have officially completed all of Paola's research quests! You will finish Chapter 4 of the Adventure Codex and receive the following rewards:

The Cave of Desperation dungeon isn't exactly endgame content in Throne and Liberty, but doing well ??will certainly he??lp you to max out your player character sooner.

This specific dungeon will not be available when you're just starting. To gain access, you'll need to take your player level up to 40. Once you've reached that mark, you can grind the dungeon to obtain different rewards. If you're lucky, th??e rewards? could even include rare pieces of gear and valuable consumables. Let's take a look at how you can boss this dungeon and increase the chances of your success.

How to access Cave of Desperation Dungeon in Throne and Liberty

This specific dungeon unlocks once you've hit a level of 40. In fact, this is the third dungeon you'll unlock in Throne and Liberty as you keep leveling up your player level. Ideally, your combat power should be at 1200 or higher if yo??u want t??o make things easy.

This dungeon is all about facing deadly an??ts, and there are three different boss battles. Apart from the three bosses, here are some of the enemies you'll face.

• Mutant Acid Ant: Does range damage and spits poison.
• Mutant Soldier Ant: It doesn't do much damage but has a massive pool of health. It takes a lot of time to take down.
• Exploding Acid Ant: Your priority is to steer clear of these ants, as they have only one purpose - jump on you and explode. They're easy to kill as long as you keep evading their charges.
• Gem Ant: Consider this create as the support class of Ants, as they buff other Ants.
• Exploding Larvae: Explodes and does Fire-type AOE damage.
• Exploding Acid Larvae: Explodes and does Poison/Acid AoE damage.

Let's now take a look at how you can defeat the three bosses??.

How to beat Mutant Princess Ant in Throne and Liberty's Cave of Desperation Dungeon?

The first boss spawns after you've cleared the initial wave of ??the enemies including ants and larvae. Here are its different attacks.

Defeating the Mutant Princess Ant is a relatively easy task. If you're a ta?nk, make sure that its attacks don't target the rest of your party. Yo??u'll want to have a healer among you who will have to dodge the AoE attacks and heal the melee damage dealers. For range, make sure to clear out the larvae, as they can quickly multiply with time.

How to beat Mutant Giant Acid Ant in Throne and Liberty's Cave of Desperation Dungeon?

Like the first boss, you'll have to clear a wave of enemies before it spawns in the form of ??a gigantic egg. After you've defeated the first boss, a slew of eggs will spawn, which will break down into various forms of ants. Once you've killed them, the gigantic egg will appear. Break it for the Mutant Giant Acid Ant to emerge. Here are its att??acks and their effects.

The job for different roles is pretty much the same as dealing with the first boss. The only trick is to wait and anticipate the roar, which will allow them time to prepare for a block. Make sure to dodge out of the poisonou?s area in case you fail to block the attack.

How to beat Lacune in Throne and Liberty's Cave of Desperation Dungeon?

Lacune is the final boss, and you'll need to destroy three eggs posit??ioned at different platforms. Once you destr?oy the three eggs, Lacune will spawn, and here are some key points to remember.

• Swipe attack: Lacune has a Rage Meter that fills with time. Once it is full, it will perform a series of furious swipes.
• Paralysis: Make sure to destroy the poisonous ants that will spawn randomly. If you don't do so, the ants could cause a party wipe.
• Get on top of the pillars: Whenever Lacune shouts before her red AoE, red circles will appear on the ground. Move to the center, and you'll be elevated off the ground with the help of the platform. Make sure that you're not on the ground when the attack lands, for it will mean a certain death.
• Gem Ants: Once you've survived on the pillars, Lacune summons three Gem Ants. Make sure to kill these ants as soon as possible.
• Exploding Larvae: Lacune also summons exploding larvae and sticks them on players once its health is down by 50%. Make sure to help your companions remove them immediately.

Additionally, Lacune also has a Slam attack,? which sends you airborne. If you don't morph midway before landing, there will be huge am??ounts of fall damage.

The core strategy to defeat is similar to the two previous bosses. If you're a ranged DPS, make sure to observe and look out for the Red Circles as soon as they appear so that you and your party can survive the impending death. With Lacune, the only d??ifference is the greater level of coordination between all players, as things can be pretty difficult otherwise.

Throne of Liberty brings to players a m??assive open world featuring a wide variet?y of equally breathtaking regions, the latter of which makes picking the right brightness setting almost as important as getting your character's looks right.

But given how the above will most likely demand trial and error, is it possible to readjust your settings after the start of your playthrough? To help you play in optimal conditions, here's whether or not it is possible to adjust your brightness on both the PS5 and Xbox versions of Throne of Liberty, and if so, how to do it.

How to adjust Brightness on the PS5 and Xbox versions of Throne and Liberty

Although all players will be given the option to do so when first booting the game, it's currently not possible to change your brightness settings after starting your playthrough in the console versions of Throne and Liberty. That is given to how, unlike the game's PC versio??n, the port lacks the tab h??ousing the option.

But don't lose hope, as even if due to what I believe to be a bug, I have been able to readjust my settings on PlayStation 5 by simply restarting the game, which prompts it to present me with the ability to toggle all of its starting set??tings. If the above does not work for you, many players claim that it is possible to readjust the setting after deleting your save file, although we have yet to test the method and don't recommend it.

What is the ideal Brightness value?

Unlike many others within Throne and Liberty, the best brightness setting for you will be subjective, as it will depend on both your personal preferences and you??r monitor or TV of choice. Personally, I found that the game plays at its best on both PC and consoles when at any value between 50 and 65 Brightness, as while the former is the game's default and premier setting (for most), any value up to the latter will not drastically alter its effects and most importantly, how its environments will be showcased.

Of course, you can play with strangers and make new mates online, but the game also lets you play together with your friends (as long as the two of you are on the same server)??. In terms of available activities, there's plenty of freedom over what you want to do together. Unfortunately, your inventory can't be shared with your friend, and NCSoft's latest adventure is very strict about this.

Throne and Liberty trading with friends explained

When you participate in a quest with your friend, any rewards will be split equally. In fact, Throne and Liberty does have a player-driven economy where you can use your auctioning skills. But when it comes to trading between ??your friends, that's simply not possible.

The situation could change in the future if the developers decide to ?tweak how the existing system works. However, I hardly see that happening as NCSoft has already introduced the Auction House.

How does Auction House work in Throne and Liberty?

The Auction House allows you to t?rade your items and gears. To? do that, you'll need a particular currency called the Lucent (this currency can be earned by simply playing the game). If you're looking for a specific piece of gear, you'll find it in the Auction House. Similarly, you can sell a gear that you don't need and earn Lucent in the process.

Please note that the Auction House is a work in progress as of this writing, and some major changes could be made to the system in the future. A direct trading system, on the other hand, could lead to unfair practices like botting. Moreover, it could also incentivize people to hoard their loot and ask for unexpected prices. All things cons?idered, the presence of a universal Auction House is certainly a better trade-off.

Nature's Jade is arguably one of the hardest resources in Throne and Liberty if you consider the rate at which they dr??op inside the g??ame.

Natur?e's Jade is strictly linked with the activity of fishing, and it's beneficial if you're looking to upgrade your equipment. But to do so, you'll first have to find the resources in the required quantities. Unlike some of the more commonly available resources, you could end up getting confused trying to find N?ature's Jade if you don't know where to look.

How to get Nature's Jade in Throne and Liberty

There are three ways to get Nature'?s Jade within the game. They're available from Small and Big Catch Sacks.

You can get these sacks in the same way as you get fish/treasures. There's no guarantee when you'll get these sacks. So?????????????????????????? far for me, getting a sack seems to happen randomly. Small is the most common one, and I am yet to get a Big Catch.

When you get one of these sa?cks, there's no guarantee that there will be Nature's Jade in it. In fact, the odds of finding other resources are higher in most cases.

How to use Nature's Jade in Throne and Liberty

This particular resource is exclusively tied to fishing activity, as it helps you to upgrade your rods. Once you have enough Jade, go to Sundries Merchant (which can be found in different towns). By interacting with him, you'll be able to get the upgraded rods. For example, the Bamboo Fishing Rod can ??be upgraded to a Steel Fishing Rod in exchange for 10 Nature's Jade.

Additionally, you can also get the Tevent Fishing Rod by exchanging Tevent's Soul Fragment. But do note that you'll need 100 Jade for this, so it can be pretty expensive. But investing your resources has some merit, as better rods will improve your fishing. I also believe that the better rods have higher chances of finding a sack, so cons?ider the expense as an investment.
