As part of Blizzard's Warcraft Direct celebrating 30 years of Warcraft, the developer has announced remastered versions of the original Warcraft RTS, Warcraft: Orcs and Humans as well as the sequel Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness. The remastered version of both games allows you to switch between the classic graphics and a remastered look with improved visuals. Both games are available now on Battle.net and also in a returned Warcraft Battlechest that includes both games and Warcraft 3 Reforged.

Other improvements to the RTS?? includes a new setting to enable click to move, faster overall game speeds, and new UI and UX improvements to both games. The UI improvements include updated tooltips, HP bars, a new mission select screen, and increased? unit selection sizes when dragging over your armies of units.

The Warcraft Battlechest includes Warcraft 1: Remastered, Warcraft 2: Remastered, Warcraft 3: Reforged 2.0, and the original versions of Warcraft: Orcs and Humans and Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness. It also includes some cosmetic DLC across many Blizzard games including Warcraft 3: Reforged multiplayer hero skins and a World of Warcraft Meat Wagon mount. It will run you $39.99 and is out now on Battle.net.
