To me, Kane & Lynch seems like an ideal candidate for the whole game-to-movie conversion process. You strip out the technical and mechanical issues, and hopefully, hopefully, you have an🐓 interesting story. Jamie Foxx an𓆏d Bruce Willis are still on board, after all.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said of the film’s director. Patrick Alessandrin (District 13: Ultimatum) is no longer attached to Kane & Lynch — and the planned October start date has been pushed into “TBD” territory. Yikes.
According to the Los Angeles Times, three directors are being considered: Wayne Kramer (Running Scared), F. Gary Gray (Law Abiding Citizen, The Italian Job), and Antoine Fugua (Brooklyn’s Finest). Of those, I suppose Gray sticks out to me the most. Who would be your ideal director for Kane & Lynch?
