The Walking Dead: The Final Season to get physical ‘Season Pass Disc’

Unlocks each episode of the violent drama title

Telltale Games has announced via twitter that their current storytelling adventure The Walking Dead: The Final Season will see physical release in the form of a “Season Pass Disc”, coming in November for PS4 and Xbox One.

Essentially, the disc will contain the first two episodes of the new interactive horror-drama; Done Running and Suffer Little Children, but will also unlock downloads for the final two episodes, Broken Toys and Take Us Back, as and when they are released. A Nintendo Switch cartridge containing the series is intended for release at a l🦄ater date.

Telltale have stated that they aim to have the whole of The Walking Dead: The Final Season available by mid-December. I checked out Done Running a couple of weeks back, finding it to be an improvement upon recent titles, but that fans shouldn’t expect anything too revolutionary in terms of mechanics and action.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season – Episode One is available now on PS4, PC and Xbox One.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season will be available as a season pass disc for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One beginning Novꦡember 6. A retail cartridge for Nintendo Switch will also become available at a later date.
