In sports games like FC 24, the star rating is a simple reflection of how good the squad is. In Dynasty Mode, all schools have a certain prestige level, which is symbolized by the stars. This creates an interesting scenario: there are schools with reasonably good squads, but their programs aren’t good enough. As the head coach, it will be in your hands to gradually improve the prestige level with consistent performances on the field.

10 Best 1-star projects to take in College Football 25 Dynasty Mode

For starters, the list contains schools with a prestige level of either one or one-and-half stars. There are 46 such schools available in the default database. When choosing the best project, I have favored those with exact one-star rated prestige levels and the quality of their existing squads (OVR, OꦿFF, and DEF).

Picking a school with a one-star prestige level won’t be an easy job. The star rating reflects a composite average of the grades associated with different aspects of the program. While you can improve them with time, you’ll need to win matches. Doing so with an average squad isn’t always easy.

Then again, the teams on this list offer a different kind of challenge to College Football 25 players. While you can select one of the top-tier schools and dominate the Dynasty Mode, who doesn’t love a romantic underdog story?
