Valve published the full Steam sale dates for the rest of the year

So we pretty much know when Steam is going to have sales: it’s like clockwork at this point. And really, Steam is having sales every day. But it would be nice to know the full official holiday sales dates in advance, just for planning purposes. I mean, people travel! Well, Valve did just that this past week, publishing Steam sale dates , ending on January 5, 2022.

Right on the above page, you’ll find info for the following (we have omitted prior sales that have ended):

Steam Halloween Sale | Oct 28 – Nov 1, 2021

Join the Halloween Sale, with a special focus on content updates and in-game events in celebrꦛation of the theme. Resources for  regarding the Halloween discount event and related promotional opportunities are now available. No registration required!

Steam Autumn Sale | Nov 24 – 30, 2021

All of the info comes directly from the SteamWorks resource site, which is primarily in the business of helping developers put their games on Steam: but everyone has access to it, including these public sale dates. If you recall, some folks have the Steam Deck shipping in December, so a few of these might be relevant info. And with the Steam Deck verification program, you won’t have to do a lot of guesswork to tell whether or not it’ll play nice with your new device.
