Birdseye is like a free Advanced UAV
Warzone 2.0 features quite a few perks and loadout classes for you to choose from. Picking the right perk for you can be tough, especially early on in your battle royale career. However, one of the most popular perks is the Warzone 2.0 Birdseye perk. It grants pla✱yers a power that is similar to that of a🗹 free Advanced UAV without requiring you to purchase it.
How the Warzone 2.0 Birdseye perk works
Of the perks in Warzone 2.0, one of the unique parts are the new ultimate perks. How these wo💝rk is that they aren’t au🥀tomatically available in any given match. You have to spend enough time in the lobby, running around surviving and looting, until it activates.
One of the most popular ultimate perks is the Birdseye perk. Warzone 2.0 notes that it improves theꩵ use of UAVs and radar pings to now “reveal the enemy’s direction.” Essentially, you’re going to need a UAV to even make this perk work in the first place. At least some of the time.
If you are able to purchase a UAV or loot one off of a locker or another player, you’ll get the most benefit out of it with this perk. It acts like an Advanced UAV for free, not only showing yꦯou the location of tꦕhe players in the surrounding area but the direction they’re facing.
This is useful for letting you know if a particular enemy is close to aiming or locating you. In addition, it can show the general direction that someone might be running at 🐟that current moment. Advanced UAVs are quite useful, and you can save a lot of money by equipping the Birdseye perk in your loadout.
However, there is another special ability that this Birdseye perk offers that the game doesn’t teach you. If you have it equipped and an enemy squad uses a UAV, you’ll benefit from th꧒at item for a moment. Yes, every single time someone uses a UAV — friend or foe — you’꧙ll see everyone in the surrounding area for a short time.
How to add the Birdseye perk to your loadout
If you’re ready to add the Birdseye perk to your loadout, the easiest way to do this is to equip the Recon class. Warzone 2.0 offers a few preset classes for you to choose from. These are there for newcomers who might not have everything unlocked in the game yet to make the best loadout classes.
Recon is one of the better classes and its ultimate perk is Birdseye. This class is mainl๊y for the long-range scout players, like snipers. However, even players who don’t snipe can take advantage of the useful Birdseye perk and the abౠility to steal a glance at anyone’s UAV in the match.
And if you’ve reached the base max (excluding prestige) level of 55 in Warzone 2.0, you can create a custom loadout with Birdseye in it. This lets you supplement i🐲t with unique perks like Overkill, so you can have two primary weapons at once, and still see where everyone is on the map when🐼 a UAV goes off.
