When was the Genshin Impact release date?

The official Genshin Impact release date is September 28, 2020. The game is heading towards its 4th anniversary; let’s hope this year has a better celebration than the last. Some, however, may have played this gacha game much earlier through a beta.

The first closed beta test began on June 21, 2019, almost a year and a half before Genshin Impact’s first official release. Further beta tests took place on March 18, 2020, and then July 2, 2020.

When was the game announced?

Before the Genshin Impact launch date was confirmed, MiHoYo announced the game during E3 2019. Many at the time brushed it off as a Breath of the Wild clone 🐎due to its climbing mechanics and elemental reactions in the environment. Despite these critiques, the game became highly a🔴nticipated.

Genshin Impact still has many fans
