Phasmophobia console release date, explained

According to the game’s , Phasmophobia will debut on consoles on Oct. 29, 2024, just in time for Halloween. Early Access will be available for PlayStation 5, PSVR2, and Xbox X|S. The only setback is that voice recognition may only be available until after the console launch. This feature allows PC users to communicate with the ghosts with a Spirit Box, utilizing recognized phrases. Console users will, instead, use text input. However, Kinetic Games is working on this mechanic to possibly get it rea🐎dy for launch.

Phasmophobia will cost $19.99 upon release, showcasing a six-dollar increase from its current version. The Eventide update will also be available, bringing the terrors of the Point Hope map. In the future, new updates are expected to launch simultaneously on all platforms. So, there’s no need to worry about console or PC-exclusive content.

Cross-play features will also be available for all players, allowing you to experience the horrors of Phasmophobia with everyone.
