We get chapter selection with Alan Wake 2‘s latest update, and it arrived in January 2024.
This is incredibly useful for achievement hunters who want to find all the collectibles and those who want to play Chapter 4 for the umpteenth time. For anyone ready to jump into prior chapters, be warned that you can get lost trying to find it. This guide will show you where the chapter selection menu in Alan Wake 2 is.
Where is the chapter selection in Alan Wake 2
Instinctually, you’d expect to see the chapter selection on the main intro screen. It’s not in the Final Draft option either. You’ll find it if you go to Load, then hold down the triangle button on PlayStation – an obscure place to find it.
Before you jump in, you’ll have to sacrifice a save slot. Secondly, things aren’t perfect just yet. Sometimes, when attempting to play some of Alan’s sections, you’ll only have Saga’s chapter to pick from.
