I completely forgot about this game
I won’t blame you for only vaguely remembering The Conduit, the Wii-exclusive first-person shooter that developer High Voltage Software claimed would be so technologically proficient that it would demonstrate just how little other studios were pushing the Wii hardware. This didn’t do much at retail, and even though it earned decent review scores, it wasn’t the big game-changer that HVS hoped it would be. But I respect the attempt!
Though I got bored of the game very quickly, perhaps you had a more positive experience than me. You might be happy to learn that a portable game is just around the corner — and I’m not talking about the 3DS version. HVS will be bringing an to Android devices powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra chip some time this quarter. The first two missions will be free, and you can buy the remaining levels in two packs for $2.99 each or all of at once for $4.99.
So that’s an unexpected thing, but if it works out for HVS, more power to them.
