Any character can by any ensemb♏le for any armor type and tier. So you only need one charact🦄er to unlock everything for all your other characters on the retail server. Of course, you can only wear the things that your class can wear normally. Multiple vendors are in each Infinite Bazaar, and each sells a different set of gear.
