SNK has dropped a trailer for the next DLC character headed to its dramatic fighting title Samurai Shodown, and while most of the SamSho roster are adept with ruthless bladed weaponry, this next combatant is much more at home with a solid bit of garden decor.
Wan-fu, who made their series debut way back in 1994’s Samurai Shodown II, is one of the franchise’s lesser-known characters, having only featured in a handful of series entries. A proponent of “power”, this Chinese warrior is on a mission to find and defeat the strongest fighters in existence.
Samurai Shodown is available now on PS4 and Xbox One. While Wan-fu has dabbled with a variety of different weaponry over the years, in this particular iteration of Samurai Shodown he is coming equipped with a huge, ornate, stone pillar. This obviously makes Wan-fu’s fighting style somewhat deliberate in movement and speed, but also makes his attacks extremely damaging. Wan-fu will be made available to purchase in-game on December 18.
